Took care of our mouse problem but much too costly. Tyler is a fantastic tech, very knowledgeable and personable but Tom the inspector was more focused on sales than actually helping. He told us we needed all new insulation in our attic without ever looking at it and tried to convince us to get additional services we didn't need even after we told him we were on a tight budget and only wanted the mouse issue fixed.

They make a scheduled visit, then can't make it to the visit, so they reschedule 4+ weeks out. It's totally pointless to pay for a service that only comes out and sprays once every 4 months because of miscommunication. Go pay monthly for a service that will help you monthly, instead of paying every month for 2 services a year. Had the mosquito service that cost over $200, and they were still everywhere. It's definitely not a recommended service. Go with something local instead.

We signed a contract with them in January for a year and will not be renewing. They are supposed to call to schedule a time to come and they don’t call. They just randomly show up and if no one is home they just do the outside of the house and leave. They do not do everything they originally said they would and are not very good in person. I will be looking for a local company after our contract expires.

They were professional and kind answered all my questions. The service technician was also very kind to my dogs and cat petting them and taking the time to play with them a bit and his was very aware coming and going out doors to not let them out. As a pet owner I super appreciate this.
