Will was only inside my home for a matter of 3 minutes total, if that. How can anyone spray the whole basement, plus 7 rooms and check metal mouse traps within that time?! No way! Please send someone else who will do a more thorough, more detailed inspection. He even had to ask if I wanted to other rooms checked. I don’t even know if the outside area was done correctly.

Our initial sale and service went fine, however, since then it’s been a cluster. Part of the service calls for a final inspection of the techs work. We had to initiate this by calling our salesman who then called the new district manager who set up a follow up appointment via email. That day came and went, no call, no show and we wasted our time waiting. We contacted the customer care number and the appointment was rescheduled with the person assuring us that Orkin doesn’t do business this way and our no show isn’t typical. Then another email was sent to us the same day they changed the rescheduled appointment to two days earlier, last minute. Again we waited….in fact, I called customer care and confirmed appt. No call no show AGAIN! I’ve called and left message with Riley, Manager, and I’ve not received any follow up. So disappointed in this company other than our salesman, Phil, who was great.
