He arrived at 2:37 p.m. I arrived home at 2:45 p.m. He was already done with the application on my 4,600 square foot home... The invoice states that he was at my home until 2:57 p.m. He "completed" a $249.00 application in 8 minutes? That included getting the equipment out and putting it back in the truck. I have the feeling that I didn't get a very thorough application.

If I could rate Orkin with no stars I would. Since we began service with them it’s been a battle. Inconsistent visits & 5 minute visits (not doing anything but checking the traps, we have proof via ring camera) have been our experience since the start. I’ve had to call several times over the last 6 months just to get answers on our service and plan for treatment. I had to have someone come out and reinspect the property and he was knowledgable but as soon as I said we had to hold off on doing an extra service, it went radio silent and never heard back. Kenneth & James have horrible follow up and follow through with their customers. I called just yesterday and didn’t receive a callback from any one of them. I finally received a callback from the scheduler who stated James asked her to call me to get an appointment scheduled. Absolute joke and horrible service. DO NOT USE THEM.

This Orkin rep.STOLE and SCAMMED an 80 year old couple out of $3000 +!! He did not return phone calls, text messages and has not refunded them $419 he’s owed them for months!! The “chemicals” he uses are nothing more than weak bug spray watered down. They continued to suffer for months! This elderly couple signed a contract but he sure didn’t hold up his end of the contract. They have contacted the police department and will not stop until he has refunded every dime. They TRUSTED him and he stole from them. Don’t let it be YOU or your elderly family and friends!!

Jacob was professional and knowlegeable about the rules and regulations concerning pest control at a child care facility. He knew what could and could not be done where children are involved. He was also friendly and personable with all staff and children he encountered. Thanks to Orkin we are pest free.

Informational. I think it was a good session. Jacob was very thorough. Would like to know the result of the inspection especially regards to rodent and possible rodent access. Also, is there a rodent repellent or just traps?

Their scheduling is AWFUL! Last minute notification and re-scheduling. Never available on days I have off, so I have to take vacation time just to be there. I did this once and they didn’t even show up on the scheduled day. When I called, they blamed an error in their scheduling system and said they didn’t even have a tech working at all that day. I’ve talked to customer support and management, and have finally just given up even trying. The last two times they’ve just come and sprayed outside my entry doors, but bet they still charge every month for the entire service. Definitely not a contract I would renew.
