Had very good interaction with Ronald, who I understand is now my main guy for extermination on my property. He heard any concerns I had and understood them and then went about addressing them. Knock on wood, I don't have bug problems here, and Orkin is the reason.

Absolutely fantastic. Max was wonderful. Called to set up meeting. Text when on the way. Text when arrived. Worked so hard in extreme heat cleaning up spider webs and spraying inside and out for box elder beetles. Polite. Responsible.

We saw signs of having carpenter ants. Orkin had someone out the next day. Robert did a very thorough inspection and got us set up on a plan for what we need for our home. Kimberly came out today for our frist visir. She was very informative, helpful and a pleasure to meet. I look forward to her return.

I cannot recommend Orkin in Spokane Valley highly enough. If you are looking for professional, effective pest control, look no further—and specifically, ask for Caleb. From the very first appointment, Caleb stood out as an exceptional technician. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire process stress-free. One of the things I appreciated most was his deep knowledge of the products he uses. He took the time to explain the chemicals being applied, how they work, and why they were the right choice for my specific situation, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Caleb’s communication and follow-up are second to none. He kept me informed every step of the way and checked back in to ensure the treatment was working effectively. He is also remarkably flexible with scheduling, always doing his best to accommodate my timeline. What really sets Caleb apart, however, is his integrity. He never tried to oversell me on products or services I didn’t need. It is clear that he genuinely cares about the people he is helping; he listens to your concerns and works hard to find the best possible solutions to your specific problems. It is rare to find someone who truly wants what is best for the customer, but Caleb fits that description perfectly. I would recommend his services and Orkin Spokane Valley without hesitation.

John has assisted us with maintenance services over the last year. He is awesome to work with, knowledgeable and very thorough. My mom recently called Orkin and they had someone there the next day. The service person, Camden, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and it was easy to explain the issue to him. He easily understood the concern and communicated the process effectively. Thank you, Camden and John.

My sister made the arrangements for me.. My experience was outstanding. Mitch was very polite, knowledgeable and answered every question that I had without stumbling. He explained in detail the What, How, and When. He reassured me that 'we' will erraticate the mice one way or another. He stated that this treatment was a basic defense, and if, though not likely, we needed to get more aggressive, we can. Which I was ready for. In summary... I would DEFINITELY recommend... even though my issue has yet to be resolved.

Caleb was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He shared everything about my situation and ways to address it in a clear, understandable way. He also pointed out the extra cost for the mosquitoe treatment that the call center omitted and had that removed for me. I'm very impressed with Orkin locally but disappointed in the lack of candor from the call center. Many thanks Caleb and Spokane Orkin!
