My sister made the arrangements for me.. My experience was outstanding. Mitch was very polite, knowledgeable and answered every question that I had without stumbling. He explained in detail the What, How, and When. He reassured me that 'we' will erraticate the mice one way or another. He stated that this treatment was a basic defense, and if, though not likely, we needed to get more aggressive, we can. Which I was ready for. In summary... I would DEFINITELY recommend... even though my issue has yet to be resolved.
