My mom recently called Orkin and they had someone there the next day. The service person, Camden, was wonderful. He was super knowledgeable and it was easy to explain the issue to him. He easily understood the concern and did a thorough job of looking for any additional concerns and treating the area and communicated the process effectively. Thank you, Camden!

My sister made the arrangements for me.. My experience was outstanding. Mitch was very polite, knowledgeable and answered every question that I had without stumbling. He explained in detail the What, How, and When. He reassured me that 'we' will erraticate the mice one way or another. He stated that this treatment was a basic defense, and if, though not likely, we needed to get more aggressive, we can. Which I was ready for. In summary... I would DEFINITELY recommend... even though my issue has yet to be resolved.

He also pointed out the extra cost for the mosquitoe treatment that the call center omitted and had that removed for me. We have had Orkin for multiple years now. Our technician John has been great, and does a solid job. We have our house sprayed for spiders, and traps for rodents outside. We have been super happy to not have anything in the house. Orkin’s getting the job done.
