Called many times to complain about ants and bugs. Out of the several times they said they would come to address the issue, they came once. Everytime they come, they miss wasp nests and spiderwebs. They cant control ants. They were a huge waste of money and i will never call orkin again. I really miss my old pest control, active pest control cause they do not service my new address. Also, if you call, they won't always get back to you. Avsolute worst!!

She was clearly very thorough and very personable and made me very comfortable that she would be the technician most likely in my home moving forward.
