Professional and fast. I had an issue with squirrels and other rodents in my attic. They came out and within a few days had everything corrected and my roof all sealed back up. VERY attentive to detail. Arrived on time and was very thorough in the inspection process. I knew I had one exterminator coming but when I got the knock at the door and in walks a TEAM?! I felt like I definitely made the right call and I did! They came in, inspected, treated and sent photos of everything to send to my landlord. The experience was a great one! I was contacted a days ahead informing me that my bait stations were being checked. Due to landscaping some of the stations were damaged or dug up. Ian informed me that they should be replaced, he contacted his supervisor and told him the situation. He was, however, able to check the ones that remained in which there were no termite activity. I got a call, I think a day later, to schedule the replacement of those stations. Ian came that following day and replaced them. I was kept informed during the whole process. The professionals that arrived the day of the initial inspection of my parent’s home were amazing and very quickly able to assess the extent of damage she had and on what levels of the house as well as the areas of entry for the wildlife that had made it’s way inside the home.
