Mike was simply fantastic! So many associates these days literally know nothing about their own products. Not Mike, he gave me the low down on bugs. He isn't the sales rep, he is the actual bug killer. Lol. He explained how they worked, the pesticide they use and how they prefer to use the least amount of poison necessary. He explained the different bugs I may see and what he was going to do to prevent it. I highly recommend Mike and Orkin. Matter of fact, I'm calling their office to request for him to be my guy every time.

Received a text saying they would be coming on Thursday then an updated text thing Saturday morning. They actually showed up on Friday morning. I was unable to visit with the Orkin person because I was at work. I had some issues I would’ve liked to have spoken with them about.

We hired Orkin for a termite issue and bought the service for digging around the perimeter and spraying the solution. Around the concrete where they drill holes many were left unfinished, I have called multiple times and texted ,left messages and continue to do so with no response. I bought the 5yr warranty what happens then if I can't get thru for the last 3wks...I should of went else where, they did however take the money extremely quick
