Josh was extremely nice and asked detailed questions as to where our issues were. He made sure to reiterate that if needs were not met in the specified areas that they would come back out and do complimentary sprays until needs are met. We previously used mosquito joes and I would not recommend that to anyone. Josh made us feel like our needs were taken care of in a professional manner and also gave us some education on the background of what he was spraying ensuring it was safe fore pets and children.

I had extensive work done on my house and the gentleman that performed the work was excellent, paul, the the gentleman that came out to give me the estimate was a very thorough very precise took his time explained everything to me step by step, and including the estimate. I would strongly recommend working to anybody who's going to have termite work done on their house preventative or damage already done.

Had Termite Service performed. The Termite technician Ryan did a great job, very punctual, explained to me what he was gonna do, and was very knowledgeable. The salesman James was very good, knowledgeable, and helped me with the financing options that where available.

Let me preface by saying we never had any issues with the services provided. The one star rating is solely because of our customer service experience. We decided to go with Orkin last summer because they could get to us the quickest (although they were the most expensive option). I was quoted a price at that time for an 11 month special they had going. I was told we would owe a larger amount the first time they came to service our home and that after that, we would be charged a lower set amount every 2 months (which is how often they would service our home after that initial visit). Well, after that initial visit, we were being charged monthly and we thought they would simply cancel the payments once they reached the agreed upon amount. Wrong. When I called to discuss/dispute this, after we surpassed what we were quoted, I was told they had no record of the amount I was quoted on my account and that the actual total amount owed was almost double what I was quoted. I said we never would have gone with y’all if I had been quoted that much. I was told at the time that they were going to look into and see what could be done and that they would contact me back. They never contacted me back and when I followed back up several weeks later, I was told that management would have to look into/approve a refund, as the front office lady could not approve and that I would be contacted back. Again, a week passes, no contact, so I follow back up and speak to a manager, Dale, who says he is going to pull the phone recording from last summer so that we can get to the bottom of everything and that we would listen together. He said this would take a few days to obtain the recording and he would call me back. Fine. I give him a week and a half, and call back because again, no follow up, and am told that he is out in the field but that he would call back same day or by the next day. He never does. I call back several times after that with the same excuse that he is on the other phone line or in the field, with the promise that he’ll give me a call back. He still has yet to call back and it has been almost 2 months since I initially spoke to the manager and almost 3 months since I initially reached out. I don’t know if they are purposefully doing this in hopes that I would just drop it and leave them alone. I finally decided to simply file a credit card dispute as I have given them plenty of time to rectify the situation and am tired of contacting them and getting nowhere. If you decide to go with Orkin and ever have a payment dispute, you have been warned!

Terrible company hired them for my home. Did not fulfill the service we needed. Called back and someone come back still didn't fix issue on top of that did that document anything so shows nothing. I called and they don't wanna help me then connected me to someone else and they was trying to get out of it. Said they would give me a call back but really just wanted to get off the phone. Very unprofessional. If I do not get this taking care of will have to go through BBB but putting this to maybe get this straightened out. We are definitely on the right side on this issue but nothing is happening. Paid the money required to do the job off the inspection. No documentation from this remote area.

Fifth time now. We consistently ask for Tuesday and they consistently say it's done and then on Friday, after closing hours, they send a text informing you that they will show up to your empty house on a day you did not request while you are at work and charge you $60 for doing nothing. I have never seen a private company that jerked their customers around like this. Do yourself a favor and find another company.
