I rarely leave reviews, but Orkin absolutely earned this one. After discovering a significant Formosan termite infestation in my home, I received multiple inspections and quotes from several companies. Orkin stood out from the beginning because Alexandra took her time during the inspection, thoroughly documented the infestation, answered every question, and put together a detailed treatment plan. Today Randy and his crew completed the treatment, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They arrived on time, were professional, respectful of my home, and worked efficiently throughout the day. The crew spent 4-5 hours treating the property inside and out, explaining the process and making sure everything was done correctly. What really gave me confidence was how thorough they were. They treated the areas of concern, installed the bait stations, addressed the attic activity, and took the time to do the job right. They even noted one area at the very top of the exterior columns that still needed treatment because they didn’t have the correct ladder on the truck, and Randy immediately scheduled someone to return and finish it rather than cutting corners. From Alexandra during the inspection process to Randy and the treatment crew, the entire experience was professional and first-class. Dealing with Formosan termites is stressful, but Orkin gave me confidence that I made the right decision. Highly recommend Orkin to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional termite company.

So I was previously living in a hotel that had a roach problem and the Orkin people came out and they took care of it quick and in a hurry. So when I moved into my new spot an apartment, That had a slight roach problem. Of course. The first people I called was the orkin man lol. Not only was the pricing way reasonable. I expected to pay so much more but the technician that came out, Ryan, was not only very thorough but was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing.
