Friendly, thorough and prompt service! I feel like my techs listen to me and treat my home as they would treat theirs. Taking time to understand the insect problem is what separates Orkin from other companies I’ve tried who just sprayed the same cookie cutter treatment I’m sure they gave to everyone. I also feel like I’m getting what I pay for with Orkin since days and months after treatments it really looks like the problem is solved inside and outside my home.

Any time I tried to reschedule the people in the call center switched from kind to extremely rude, I was not okay with that & eventually inquired about canceling - every time I tried to cancel they were so rude and unprofessional which furthered my desire to cancel. We finally got our account canceled but they still sent someone out today & raised the price without any sort of notice. That just solidified that cancellation was necessary. Its sad because I genuinely liked our tech but the people in the call center have the worst attitudes & being charged extra without notice is grossly unprofessional & not okay. The service is fine & gets the job done but not worth the headache of dealing with rude people or being blindsided by price increase. Hopefully they can work on this so new & existing customers don’t have to deal with that.

I was not pleased with the service at all. The tech, Charlie was amazing except he didn’t even go and spray in the garage. The customer service from the call center to the location is terrible and when I called, they had a no care attitude. The sad thing is to trick you into signing a contract for a year so obviously I am stuck with it. I would never recommend!

Orkin saved the day and really our week. They were quick to respond and get an inspector to our house. They gave us options and clearly presented the pros and cons of each. They had a team out the next day and finished treatment that day. Our next best option was to wait four days to get an assessment from another company. Team was communicative and professional. My only constructive criticism was the filling of some of the holes in the wall wasn’t even or flush and will require additional work. In the scheme of having to deal with termites, I’ll absolutely take that and would recommend Orkin to anyone concerned for such an infestation.

Had a great experience with Carl from Orkin. He came in, explained the services and walked me through the whole process. Would definitely recommend. I did have a less enjoyable experience with whomever called to set up the appointment. They did not tell me there was an extra charge for fire ants, which was the main pest I was calling about in the first place. I still gave 5 stars because Carl did a great job and he had wonderful customer service.
