Termite treatment is not cheap and you have to pick a company that does EVERYTHING. I got 4 different quotes and with the amount of work the technicians did it was absolutely reasonable. They put 21 bait stations around my home (another company only wanted to put 15). They used the best product for the liquid treatment. The foam killed them instantly which relieved so much of my stress. They put new insulation in my attic that was treated and they sprayed all the exposed wood. Overall…they put my mind at ease. They cleaned up after themselves and even though this was not an anticipated expense I’m happy with choosing Orkin to do the work. Great group of guys and very respectful and knowledgeable. Shout out to Randy for letting me ask you 50 million questions and not getting annoyed. I’ll recommend Orkin for termite treatment to ANYONE!

You hire quality people. Each person I've encountered has shown that they want to do there best to provide what is needed for my particular need. First it was a phone conversation about desiring a quote to compare with another company's services and pricing...no problem, next the representative who evaluated the job and then this person giving us the financing ins and outs of making Orkin our contractor for the job. The technicians performing the job were through and professional. They will return to check traps and find if all is going as planned for us. Thanks for your culture of quality.

To be honest, I often avoid the large, national companies for my home services and try to engage local, family-owned businesses instead; however, I made the right decision using Orkin to treat my wood damaging insects. Every Orkin employee I interacted with seemed to genuinely care about helping me; they were conscientious, empathetic, knowledgeable, and thorough. In the end, I got what I needed most from them -- I felt protected From the very beginning, I was really impressed when the branch manager called me directly about 20 minutes after I called for information. He was very courteous and empathetic about my concerns and helped me to schedule an inspector the same afternoon. Kevin was prompt for the inspection and did a thorough job of checking the property and educating me on the likely "causes" of the Carpenter Ants entering the house and ways we could mitigate the potential for future entry. I appreciated his willingness to answer my many questions, and outline the proper methodologies for protection. He explained how a single treatment would effectively kill off this incursion; however, without giving me a "hard sell," he described the benefits of treating for both CA and termites and then maintaining that treatment. I committed to the ongoing treatment, and he scheduled a technician for the next day. I am so glad I lucked out, and my technician was Alex. He was so amazing! I know I can be like a child sometimes, asking, "Why this?" and "Why that?" over and over again, but Alex had no problem with me following him around asking question after question. He definitely knew his stuff and had no trouble responding to my curiosity. I appreciated the respect for my home that he demonstrated during his visit. He put protection on his work boots when entering the house, and he was extremely careful while preparing my wall for treatment to drill close to the baseboards and conceal the holes perfectly. By the time he was done, I felt like he had been a guest in my home. I hope I can request he returns in a year to renew my treatment. Finally, Chris knocked on my door about a week after Alex just to confirm that the services had been performed, that a dated information sticker was under my sink, and that I was comfortable with the services received. I appreciated the care Orkin showed by sending him out for confirmation of a job properly done, and that's what it was -- a job properly done.

I am always very happy with our Orkin service. They have great products that get the job done and are completely safe for our animals. And best of all, they work great! We never have bugs and Orkin only comes every other month. I am also especially happy with there employees. Always happy, friendly and knowledgable. Patrick has been servicing our property for a while now and he is just a super individual to engage with! I wouldn't trust another company to do the job Orkin does.

I had two services completed yesterday. 1st The Orkin pro came in and completed the termite treatment in my yard. I had to rebuild my home and decided that I was going to get the perimeter of the outside of the home treated. 2nd another Orkin pro who was scheduled to come out and Interior of the home. I had that done just for extra precaution. I put my Home on a quarterly schedule and I know I will be satisfied with my decision and service. I also hired Orkin to install treated pesticide insulation in my attic, which I would recommend anyone who is rebuilding an old home to get that type of insulation.

I have had a good experience so far. They arrived when stated and and spent several hours looking for and sealing cracks where rodents could come in. They will be back in 3 days to check traps that were set. Ive been pleased so far. Very friendly and hard workers as well.
