What a relief it was to meet Hunter Smullen! (Imagine being HAPPY to meet a new pest control guy)! Hunter was beyond thorough with explaining the services we were initiating. Paperwork & contractual stuff is typically glossed over; however, we had every question addressed in full. :) On to the meat & potatoes of our problem, though! Hunter immediately confirmed the issue & began developing a corrective plan moving forward. He was incredibly thorough & professional, incredibly friendly... Had a tech named Lupe Gomez come out to do a primary look around and spray and he was very knowledgeable explained everything he was doing and helped me understand the agreement. Explained how to stop any rodents from entering and was knowledgeable in that department aswell. All in all a great service and helpful tech.
