The tech person was very helpful and explained everything so well, but when I ordered the service I was told to take everything down and out, which took 3 days to do ( like moving). Horrible!!! I was told they should have scheduled an appointment to see if that needed done. I was told that I didn't need to do that. Now I'm saddled with moving back in. Be sure you get that straight.

Well first off the tech was friendly but didn’t introduce himself by name, second his work order was so vague it didn’t give all the details to what I signed up for., third the tech didn’t even have a flashlight for the looking in the attic, I had to provide him mine, fourth, the tech didn’t have the proper products on his truck to fulfill what was told to me they would be performing, fifth, the Tech placed some sort off partially liquid bait for Ants on all out kitchen plugs and cabinetry and it was dark in color giving our kitchen a terrible look and the stuff was liquid enough it ran down the walls. I thought this was a very poor showing of a service. I will be contacting my rep soon to let him know as well the problems I experienced. I also have photos to show him.

With the past 2 times Orkin has came, they’ve come very late! About an hour past the time frame that was given. The lady in the front has an attitude as if she doesn’t care about the company and it’s professionalism. Talks like a smart as*. Even the Orkin “men” apologize for her. Their treatments work, but the employees we’ve had after our first encounter just don’t care about the company’s values.
