What a relief it was to meet Hunter Smullen! (Imagine being HAPPY to meet a new pest control guy)! Hunter was beyond thorough with explaining the services we were initiating. Paperwork & contractual stuff is typically glossed over; however, we had every question addressed in full. :) On to the meat & potatoes of our problem, though! Hunter immediately confirmed the issue & began developing a corrective plan moving forward. He was incredibly thorough & professional, incredibly friendly... I always say, "any job worth doing, is worth doing EXCEPTIONALLY"....& that is our first impression from this Orkin Pro. We knew immediately, that he knew what he was doing & this, alone, provided a huge sense of relief. The value of a home is being entrusted to contractors & maintenance services, so this really matters. We have complete confidence in Hunter as our new Pest Guy ❤️ The world would be a much nicer place if everyone engaged with the public like this young man does.

If you need action, this is your go-to super star. JESSE did the most thorough inspection I have ever experienced. He is knowledgeable, articulate, professional & polite. He was patient explaining all of the issues he encountered & answered my questions in a way I understood. His business card is one I will definitely hold on to for future use. JOHN, the pest pro who sprayed the interior & exterior didn’t miss a beat with his service- all the while friendly, smiling & explaining why he was focusing on certain areas that I had never seen done by other companies. Had a tech named Lupe Gomez come out to do a primary look around and spray and he was very knowledgeable explained everything he was doing and helped me understand the agreement. Explained how to stop any rodents from entering and was knowledgeable in that department aswell. All in all a great service and helpful tech.
