I can't say enough good about them. We had a home inspection done and decided to have our attic redone. Everything was explained to us and all our questions answered We had a complete remediation done. They started Wednesday around 10 AM and finished Friday around 4 Pm. All of the technicians where friendly. They cleaned up after the job was finished. We are very pleased with the final results and have noticed it is much warmer in the house. Orkin came out and did my pre-treatment for my new construction house today. They were extremely thorough and most of all, they showed up when they said they would! I really enjoyed working with Trey and Daryl. I had some weather complications that forced me to cancel the original appointment and they were right on top of it getting me rescheduled at my convenience. I think one of the things I appreciated most about Orkin was their communication. They called and texted me any time they were sending someone out and were very knowledgeable explaining to me what each treatment would do. I will definitely be using Orkin again!

I had a 100% great experience with this company from the beginning when I called to make an appointment to the technician coming in and leaving when he finished. They were both really nice & can definitely tell they care, explained everything that that I would be paying for very well, prices are very affordable & currently with being on a tight budget the receptionist really helped a girl out, very professional, answered all my questions, and I love the reminders via text and a phone call before they come.

Initial visit was done by someone who did not inspect properly for a first visit. I must also admit that I was not there. The second visit, I explained my astonishment of the first inspection. He agreed, took pictures for their group meeting. The third visit was a charm. Anthony explain that this was his route and he had been out on leave. He got rid of the tennis ball wasp nest as well as other places we found. Listen to my daughter's request and took care of that as well. Anthony is approachable, a hard worker, and very receptive to his surroundings. Could not have asked for a better person! When I called in, I was greeted with professionalism and a person there to meet my needs. Thank you!!!

We called Orkin out to our home to deal with our wasp and hornet infestation. They came out same day and knocked down all of the nests, sprayed and even put traps for spiders in our house. They come back out to do a whole home inspection 72 hours after the initial treatment for free as well. On the day of our initial treatment our Orkin Pro was very courtesy and polite, answered all of our questions and walked with my husband around the whole house to assess and take care of everything. When I called to make the appointment, the representative on the phone was also very polite and answered all questions as well. We feel confident our problem is being taken care of properly with Orkin.

I love these guys! They come when they say. They are very professional and efficient. Friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They don’t rush their job and are very thorough. I have met several of their employees because we have pest and termite control. Their boss even came in the beginning to check their work. Of course they did a great job but it’s nice to know that it was double checked. I highly recommend them. The cost is reasonable.

I used Orkin for a nasty roach/spider/gnat problem we had at our apartment. They were very professional. Kept me up to date with texts. They were on time. The price was very reasonable for the amount of times they come back on a single payment. The exterminator we got--Morgan Kyle--was very polite, easy to deal with and efficient. Would highly recommend!
