“HORRIBLE! The owner, Lanier James has the biggest attitude problem. For one of our sister properties being one of his customers he sure doesn't understand customer service very well. He spoke to my Front Desk Agent very rudely even though she was accommodating to his 4 employees staying at our hotel. My Front Desk Agent was doing her job. There is no reason to be rude on the phone and hang up on her or myself. His answer was, "Well we were done talking and you can do that when you're rich." Wow.”
