Regardless of the company, it is always a little stressful being a woman having any service man come to your house while you're alone (whether it's plumbing, lawn care, or other repairs etc) - so I can't tell you how thrilled I was when Hailey showed up. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and you could tell how much she genuinely cared about tailoring a safe solution that worked for our family. She even found wasp hives (a problem I had not called for and didn't know I had), and had a quick plan of action, and I can't stress enough how cared for and important she made me and my family feel. Our health and safety was her absolute priority Will definitely be requesting Hailey specifically in the future - she's a rockstar.
