I have been using Orkin for 3 months. This was my 5th time of them coming to my house. They were all very friendly and respectful except one. They talk and answer questions. They notify you of when they are coming and when they arrive. I like that. I had roaches real bad. And now I don't see any. Thanks Orkin.

They were so courteous right from the person I spoke with to make the appointment to the specialist that asked exactly what I needed who was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my needs and giving me the best price to meet those needs along with explaining their amazing guarantees!! The tech arrived early and phoned ahead to let me know. The tech that arrived was an very pleasant professional person who again explained the treatment and exactly what their service treated and told me not to hesitate to call if I had any questions or concerns. It was all billed electronically so the entire process was so pleasant!! I’m very impressed with this company! I have multiple rentals and a bar & restaurant and I will definitely be using Orkin for all of my properties!! I pay for service for my elder Dad. My Dad really likes consistently having Mike. And my Dad doesn’t like lots various people in his home. Lol. We get notified by Orkin the day before but Mike always sends an extra text or call he is on the way because my Dad is hard of hearing and doesn’t always get the door or maybe taking a nap. Mike doesn’t have to do this but he goes the extra mile to do so. We appreciate Mike, and we have had very little pest issues on the contract every other month. Thanks Mike and Orkin. Wonderful service, willing to answer questions honestly and explain processes while performing their duties. Very nice and polite, definitely 10/10 recommend. There's a reason these guys are leaders in pest control. So far the only yellow jackets I've seen since the extermination have been dying or dead. If I find more on the property all I have to do is call them to come back within 30 days and there's no charge because it is under warrantee! ?

Tony is great, but for some reason corporate has changed my service date and time! I prefer the service date (first Tuesday of the month with a somewhat flexible time) that I had! Why was the scheduling taken out of Tony’s capable hands? Who decided to change my service date and time without consulting me? I am not happy with this new scheduling process! If Orkin wishes to retain customers, this is not the day to do it! I give Tony five stars. As for the new scheduling, zero stars! ?

Jeremy, our technician, comes within the scheduled time frame, is always professional and courteous, and has discussions with us to see what problems we have been experiencing and he gives solutions. From start to finish, Orkin Springfield was such a pleasant company to work with. Called on a Friday evening and was able to have them come out Saturday morning for wasp treatment. The process and customer service was excellent, from making the initial to the appointment. They inspect and treat the entire property regardless of where a nest was sighted and have a 30 day guarantee, which is great for us as the type of wasps we had tend to rebuild their nests in the same spot. Can't say enough about the two people we worked with - friendly, on time, professional, and thorough. Thank you, Orkin!

UPDATE: at the end.. I gave five stars based solely on ease of setting up the service, the ease of communication with Orkin after setting up the service and the service its self. I called Orkin because I use them where I work. I am the maintenance supervisor on a 19 acre Facility of independent living, assisted living and LTC. I used them based on the professionalism of my Orkin service tech, ease of use and communication on my business account at work. I talked to a representative last Friday 7.21. 23 and the work was completed today 7.24.23. To me that’s good service. I live nearly 20 miles from where I work and I live outside of the major town I work in. So to drive out here and only charge me what they did, I am very happy! I had the mosquito treatment done, and they covered every inch of my yard, now I just need to see how good it work . I’m sure I won’t have any problem. Thank You Orkin. Update.. So, it rained about a week after the service and now, skeeters are tearing me up again. They said there’s a guarantee, if it rains and washes it away and I start getting bit again they’ll respray of. Well, their bad! So I may need to call them back.
