Truck 29682 for Orkin pest control was swerving in the middle of the lane on a rural road and nearly caused an accident with oncoming traffic. At one point he was entirely in the middle of the road and appeared to be on his phone. Be aware of drivers on the road!

(Update 5/20/2026) Jeremy has been to my house twice (this time with a teammate that I forgot to ask his name) and operates with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. He was the first person from Orkin I met when I began my service and solidified that I had made the right decision. He explains everything he is doing and answers my questions thoroughly. Excellent service! (Previous Review in April of 2026 below) We had a mouse problem in our attic and needed to have insulation removed and new insulation installed. From the time Shawn, Zach, and Mike showed up, they went the extra mile to do a quality job and explain to me every part of the process and their findings along the way. They even helped me with some gutter back up. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I would. Honest and forthright from start to finish (Chuck gave me no BS to try to net a sale, just an honest assessment of my need and execution of what was estimated to the labor of the job (and like I said previously…above and beyond what they needed to do to ensure the job was done right and then some)), I recommend this Orkin team to anyone who has similar needs and pest control overall. 110% satisfied!

Mike serviced my home twice now. He very professional and comforting. He talked me through what he was doing and what to expect. Hes very knowledgeable and experienced. He took his time treating my home and the outside. Overall, I am much more pleased with Orkins treatment than any other company I’ve had come in the past. Don’t waste your time with others! The service tech was very thorough. Unfortunately we seem to be addressing a mice issue again that I just paid $7000 for. I think we need a different inspector to come out to see how they are getting as we did do all the recommendations and they are still here

AVOID- not worth the hassle. I had every other month inside and outside inspection/spray during the spring, summer and fall months. I was assigned an appointment time (at the company convenience) requiring me to have to reschedule) and was billed whether or not services were provided. Most times I was billed before any services were provided or scheduled. The techs. were given a check at the time of service and many times I was billed again requiring another call to the office. I have currently received a 3rd statement without any service being provided. Worst business procedure I’ve dealt with. The technicians are fine but business procedure is terrible. No response despite multiple calls to the office. Waist of time! I have spoken with the local office and after investigating further our conflict was rectified. The charges were corrected and withdrawn.

I received services from this company and they are not worth the time or money they charge. They charged me for services I never received and then when I canceled they charged me again saying I still had a balance but from what??? The services I never received I will never use this company again such a scam the representative offered to have the supervisor check the location of the driver but I had already checked my cameras from around my house and they never came like they said they did and didn't offer me a refund this company will bring the bugs very bad experience and per previous comments they are right NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!

My service with Orkin is awesome; I rarely see anything since my service started. Brad Denning is who comes and sprays for me, and he is very friendly, cares about giving good pest/rodent treatment, and is all around a great guy who has never caused any issues.
