Darren is great, honestly we almost cancelled our service because he seems to be the only one who is consistent and knowledgeable. We get told different things from different people. One gentleman left out house smelling like cigarettes, another has no clue what he was doing, and one could hardly move around well enough to put the bate where it needed to be. The people I talk to when I call are also very inconsistent. Thank goodness for Darren he is knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. If I was rating Darren I would give five stars, the rest of our experience would be given a 1 star. I hope we can just have his for our Orkin service needs.

It’s been well over a month since this company had someone come out and set mouse traps. Two separate employees told me they would be back out in 1 week to check the traps. Super disappointed in this company. Robyn who took my call also gave me attitude when I asked for an explanation as to why I was completely forgotten about. She got extremely snappy and rude. I did not get an apology or anything. Very unprofessional. Also still no appointment set for them to come check the traps they installed!
