I sure hope everything was treated properly. We are not living in the home yet and we're not there when it was treated. I received a call from the rep a while ago and tried calling him back many times on cell phone and office phone both but the email boxes were full on both numbers and I could not leave a message. I texted the cell number and got no response. If they needed access inside the house, I was not there to give it but we have a contractor key on the door. All it would have taken was a return phone call. I am adding to this review and editing the stars because after I posted the review above, I received a prompt and courteous call from the office, which was appreciated. They recommended to call the main office number instead of the technician's number(s). I will do that next time, but still think that is kind of odd, since it was the tech that called me in the first place. Anyway, all is well and they treated and baited the external bait stations. I also appreciated the automated text that notified me of their pending arrival and progress.

7/2/25 Orkin has been great sending notices/reminders for service. Mr Chuck has done an excellent job each visit. He is very courteous, respectful and professional! Thank you Chuck!! ⁸/⁵/²⁴... Orkin sends out reminders as to appointments, times and notices for the visits and arrivals. The service is really great. The tech, Chuck is awesome, very friendly and courteous. Thank you! Previous visit: Called them and was able to get service the very next day. The tech, Chuck came out and he was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't mind having him to service each visit. I would definitely recommend Orkin!

We had an awesome experience with our first inspection, Charles was very informative and helpful! But we were told we would have follow up calls and appointments. This was only the beginning of a long process of getting nothing accomplished. We could never get in touch with anyone, or leave a message. When we FINALLY got in touch with someone they guaranteed that we would receive an email or a phone call, we never did. Then after all of that we finally got in touch with someone and they promised someone would come out to our property and no one ever came out. On top of that we requested the preparation list for the service we were requesting and they sent someone else’s information for a cancellation of service, that should have been our sign to cancel then and there. In our opinion great employees but the systems and processes they have are not good, a $125 inspection fee for us to keep contacting the company with no regard or urgency to their customers.

I called and received service the same day for roaches Brian Stultz was so informative on the spray process and answered my concerns. Very knowledgeable I will have to wait 10 days before I can say those palmetto bugs are history !

Chris is a GREAT technician. We have used them for 2 years. They increased their price without sending a notice. They just took more money out of my account than I had been paying. When I called to cancel I was told that was corporate they had no control over it. Which I said I understand but that is a bad business practice. He then told me well all my bills went up too, my water my cable they all went up. I said yes but they send a notice and don’t just draft extra money without telling you. It is a bad business practice. He said I will cancel you. I said thanks I hope you have a great day and he just chuckled. He did offer to price match the company I had spoken with when I first called. That was the only positive.
