The customer service associate that I spoke was very pleasant and patient with explaining things to me and answering all of my questions. He was also very professional unlike one of their competitors in the area. I had called another company and didn't like the experience or first impression, so I called Orkin. Our Orkin Pro Steve was also great, thorough and professional. I'm glad we chose Orkin.

Orkin has been a scam and an annoyance since we first called back in April to set up pest control services. Our "Orkin Pros" name is Bryce and he is a tall black man. Not only once, but twice now has my day been completely jumbled or left me in disbelief that we are paying $200/month for this joke of a "professional" to come to our house. About a month and a half ago we had a service scheduled that he decided to change dates by HIMSELF complely after setting it up with me. He did not inform us of a schedule change, instead I sat at home for about three hours waiting for no one to show up and then have to call and be informed our date was changed by the "professional" from his end. No only that but he switched it to a day we could not accommodate so we had to wait for a call to get it on a day we could do. After this I decided to give some grace. Today he showed up again. We have a lawn care package. We pay $200/month for these services. Bryce showed up to our house and never knocked on the door to inform he was here. He then went to his truck and pulled his sprayer out and sprayed one small section of our side yard. He then got into his truck and came back out, and went up to our driveway, took out his phone and stood there for about a minute like he was contemplating something. Then he got into his truck and drove away. We do NOT pay $200/month for someone to come to our home and act like this. He did not complete his service even to a HALFWAY extent. He has rarely been professional in his services. He comes off as condescending and annoyed with his job when I HAVE spoken to him. I had another professional come out in his place between his visits who was extremely pleasant and helpful. He listened to me talk and was very thorough in his job. Bryce works as quickly as he can and does as little as is asked of him, even when concerns are brought to his attention he has brushed them off and told me "not to worry". I can't believe this is the kind of person orkin is currently employing. We are diminishing all services through Orkin after this visit. Bryce should be evaluated for how he treats customers and his work habits and ethic. Pathetic. He always is late and has excuses to get out of doing what I ask of him. Orkin will no longer be receiving any money from us. And I highly recommend if your Orkin "professional" is BRYCE you watch him very closely and make sure he's doing his JOB he's being PAID to do!

Y’all couldn’t have sent a better person to take care of us Honestly just very thankful and explained all the different aspects of what we to expect moving forward!!! Went over all the way we would see a difference BEST of all he didn’t think I was crazy for not getting ride of my Daddy Long Leg in the corner of my kitchen🥰 I’m so grateful for his existence and professionalism!! Everyone has been very helpful our first call down to having to move the appointment each of the people wanted to do their jobs , today’s workers usually half ass do their jobs and you can tell they don’t want to be there at all!! So your company honestly is a breath of fresh air Thanks for taking such good care of my home and yard!!! I hope y’all have a fantastic week !!!!

Our Orkin technician Todd Leggett, is fantastic. Reliable, very thorough, not just on his technique but also making sure we understand what caused the issue and how we can help prevent future issues and he is always making recommendations on things he sees around campus to keep improving our pest protection. He always takes the time to make sure our needs are met. He is always professional, polite and I can not speak more highly of Todd, I wish all vendors we have, had a technicians like Todd that serviced our campus.

Taylor came out for my first treatment. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism! I will update after the treatments have had time to take full effect on my 4BR 3bath house. **I just had my 3rd treatment. Erik was professional, listened to my concerns, and gave me great suggestions for future treatments. Fully pleased :)

The exterminator explained every part of the process, what everything did, how long it would take to start taking effect, even let me stay near by to ensure the smell wasn’t going to trigger a migraine before doing the entire house. Gave us tips on what we needed to do to prevent more bugs from getting in, and what could extract more of them. The flied starting dropping in the home immediately, the palmetto bugs around the home starting scrambling out of the garden area. And today, a day later, many dead roaches in the home. If not dead, very weak and trying to escape. UPDATE: the bug issue is now worst than ever. The first time they came out it was like magic, but now it makes absolutely no difference. The day after they came and treated the home this month 20 roaches come out when we unplugged an appliance. The roaches are everywhere, never ending, and I feel like every time we spent on this company was thrown away. We tried having them come out to retreat a few time, and they’ve told us it was too soon. Other times they’ll come unannounced and walk into our fenced in backyard where our dogs will chase them out (why would you enter a property without notifying the homeowners you’re there?) or they simply don’t show up for the extra treatment
