Had a hard time getting rid of problem. 1. House was infested 2. Didn’t give enough materials to use for the amount of problem. I had to repeatedly call to get more traps for house. 3. Chemicals were scarce and not used like they should have been. 4. I think all in all, if the job would have been done ever month for a follow up it would have been resolved sooner. It would have gotten resolved so much faster. 5. Finding out you needed to request the next month by calling them and complaining the problem wasn’t getting better. I was never told this until at least 6 months later. Now we are starting to see an improvement but still it’s not fixed completely. Hoping for the best outcome! 6. It is now 10 months. For them to come every month you need to call for a follow up visit. So it’s now down to 3 move visits and one of them they won’t come unless you call first. And problem better but still not gone which means my money will be returned because it’s a guarantee that they will solve the problem completely by the end of the year contract. Oh and if you don’t call by the end of year to cancel, they will start charging you again!
