2024-0515 UPDATE: The Anderson Franchise just completed another fantastic service for our 64 year old home. After collecting papers, magazines and collectibles in the attic since moving in our house, we finally faced the fact that we have been providing a home for rodents and other pests with an endless supply of food. …and ORKIN made the project to relive the memories as they removed all the items from the attic, staged them in the carport for us to inspect, and loaded all the items we decided to dispose of in their truck so SIMPLE and EASY. Upon clearing the attic they removed the attic plywood flooring and old insulation, inspected for and secured any openings that might allow any varmint future entry, sanitized and treated the attic, blew in new insulation, replaced the plywood flooring, and returned treasured keepsakes that had been cleaned and stored in clear plastic containers!!! Everyday they left at the end of work they insured that the house was thoroughly swept and showed no signs of their activity…unbelievable!! The professionalism, courteousness, attention to detail, knowledge, experience, dedication to quality work, strong work ethic, and interpersonal skills of the entire staff surpassed our expectations. Cannot give enough accolades to Wes Clayton (Branch Manager) and Theron “Brodie” Evans (Orkin Pro)!!! Have been using the Anderson, SC, franchise for years for regular pest prevention service. Always easy to schedule, thorough, professional and on time. Last year, with several neighbors having termites, decided to have a termite inspection. Luckily no termites, but we’re able to show photos from the crawl space of my home showing the extreme moisture present…perfect environment for termites. Hired them to install a dehumidifier and administer proper chemicals to repel termites. Regular check and insure proper operation and verify no presence of termites. Not only is the home protected from termites, I no longer have condensation build-up on the windows! 2923-0804: Curt called to schedule my annual termite inspection. Found all in great shape…most likely due to the outstanding and thorough job done years ago when the contract and preventative measures were put in place!! Definitely makes it easy to sleep at night.
