The 5 stars are not for the company Orkin, but for my individual exterminator. I’d rather not review the company as a whole but instead review the exterminator recently sent to my house. Michael Smith is his name and he’s been the most pleasant and friendly exterminator I’ve met through Orkin. For being new to the company he was very knowledgeable and attentive to questions I had. Orkin, definitely keep him around. I’ve not had the best experience in the past but this time was amazing. Thanks Michael Smith, hope to see you next time around!!

We have had orkin for a year now and have never had a problem. Jesse fulmer is great, I have not as much as seen even one fly in the last 5 months. He is always responsive to anything I need and keeps us completely safe from rodents

Orkin does a great job. If between treatments you see some kind of bug that you’ve never seen before, just take a picture of it and they can tell you what it is and they will adjust the treatment, if needed. Also, they will come out between treatments, if you request it, at no extra charge. Jeremy McCarty is a delight. He is very knowledgeable and he’ll answer any questions that you have. He’s also very friendly. He’s a great guy!

The applicator, Jared, was on time. He was thorough. He sprayed the entire house including behind the refrigerator and oven. He left an ant feeder and a cockroach feeder behind the refrigerator. He sprayed the entire outside of the house and applied granular insecticide to the lawn. Jared was respectful, polite and friendly. Jared was also informative. He had a detailed knowledge of insects.

Heard a lot of positive things about this company, we called and “Ronnie” was polite and when asked where they spray, especially our full size 12ft unfinished basement, they said absolutely. Next day the tech “Chris” came out and asked if we had a basement, when we said yes and we need it sprayed too, he proceeded to say they don’t offer that service. Interesting. Not sure how they run this office but clearly they aren’t even on same page as far as what services they offer. Just fair warning if you need your basement sprayed, look elsewhere.

They came out relative quick and was talking a good game but that was just to trick you into signing an agreement. Firstly they will only sign the contract with the home owner so make sure the price they quote is the price given in the contract. They will also add things to the bills with out signing but won't send an itemized bill to show labor and how much they charge. Never believe them when they say they will do something complimentary. Having some pest control issues I thought getting Orkin to come out would be trustworthy and reliable but I regret it. When they came out they suggested to replace my crawl space doors. The price they quoted me was already pricey($500) but the orkin rep assured me the doors they would install would be high quality and very sturdy. So I was surprised when the doors they Installed were regular wooden doors. They look nice and was well crafted but not worth $500 at all not to mention when I finally reached them on the phone to discuss the bill they said each door was a thousand dollars each instead.

Jordan was amazing he was very friendly and understood completely my fear of spiders. He let me know that all the treatments used were safe for dogs. Which made me feel better. He was very professional and quick. Orkin was able to get me in the same day as a new client and now I feel so much better staying in my new home free of insects and bug.
