Their plan covers pests ranging from ants to spiders, ensuring a broad protective barrier around your residence.
Breaking Down the Costs
Prices for pest prevention vary, hinging on factors such as the size of your home and the degree of infestation. Orkin's services range from $40 to $100 monthly for standard to large homes, while initial fees span from $175 to $350. A current promotional offer could save you $50 on these services.

Unrelenting Mosquito Control
Orkin tackles the mosquito menace with treatments that address both the insects and their breeding grounds. The price range for mosquito services varies by location and home size, but expect monthly costs to fall between $25 and $80, with initial fees also varying.
Heard a lot of positive things about this company, we called and “Ronnie” was polite and when asked where they spray, especially our full size 12ft unfinished basement, they said absolutely. Next day the tech “Chris” came out and asked if we had a basement, when we said yes and we need it sprayed too, he proceeded to say they don’t offer that service. Interesting. Not sure how they run this office but clearly they aren’t even on same page as far as what services they offer. Just fair warning if you need your basement sprayed, look elsewhere.

They came out relative quick and was talking a good game but that was just to trick you into signing an agreement. Firstly they will only sign the contract with the home owner so make sure the price they quote is the price given in the contract. They will also add things to the bills with out signing but won't send an itemized bill to show labor and how much they charge. Never believe them when they say they will do something complimentary.
Having some pest control issues I thought getting Orkin to come out would be trustworthy and reliable but I regret it. When they came out they suggested to replace my crawl space doors. The price they quoted me was already pricey($500) but the orkin rep assured me the doors they would install would be high quality and very sturdy. So I was surprised when the doors they Installed were regular wooden doors. They look nice and was well crafted but not worth $500 at all not to mention when I finally reached them on the phone to discuss the bill they said each door was a thousand dollars each instead.

Jordan was amazing he was very friendly and understood completely my fear of spiders. He let me know that all the treatments used were safe for dogs. Which made me feel better. He was very professional and quick. Orkin was able to get me in the same day as a new client and now I feel so much better staying in my new home free of insects and bug.

*edit 2: they came out and said they fixed everything. This means they stated they cleaned up all the bat poop, disinfected the area, and put in new insulation. NO THEY DID NOT! See pictures of all the bat poop that is STILL in my attic@
*edit 1: since this post was created, Orkin called and came out to my home. A plan was made to correct the issue!
My husband and I purchased our dream home. Once we moved in, the cold set in for the year driving in lots of unwanted pests. I called Orkin because they are nationally known and thought they would do a good job. We had mice, rats, snakes, and bats!! (Although at the time, we thought the bats were just birds)
I walked the Orkin employee around the property pointing out areas of MAJOR concern. One of these areas is where the bats are located...STILL!
We signed a contract and were charged about $25,000 to fix everything. It came with a guarantee that everything would be removed AND the house would be 100% sealed up so nothing else could get inside the home.
Well, this did NOT happen:
*Bats were never removed and still finding ways inside the attic where they have left a considerable amount of guano ruining all of the new insulation Orkin installed.
A BIG issue is when they sealed up the living space of the house, mice were still inside the house and ATE A HOLE in my BRAND NEW couch! With a mouse problem they apparently "fixed" you would think they would have left a few mouse traps out just in case they trapped any INSIDE. NOPE! Ruined my couch I literally just had delivered!!
*Bats are now swooping down to my front porch WHERE MY 22 MONTH old son almost grabbed one that landed!
We immediately called Orkin and were told sorry about the issues and they would be out ASAP to get it all fixed. They promised to remove the bats, remove the insulation, sanitize the attic, and make it to where bats could no longer get inside and be a nuisance. I was given a date 2 weeks from when I called. The date came and no one showed between the time frame I was given. I called and they sent out a few people to "look" at the issue!! Why did they not come look during the 2 weeks?
The manager, Greg, calls me letting me know their bat person is on vacation and will return Monday (this was 12 days ago). He assured me I would hear from them and they would make a plan to fix the problem.
I had to call AGAIN and have still not had anyone return my call. We paid around $25,000 for a job to be done and have had one problem after another. My son cannot even PLAY OUTSIDE for fear these bats are going to swoop down on the porch AGAIN and he grab one!
I would NEVER recommend this company. We are stuck paying this absorbent fee we were charged for a service that was not completed but I hope no one else ends up in my situation. Unfortunately, we do not have the funds to pay someone else to do the job. We are at the mercy of this company to actually complete the job and make my home safe for my child!
Each week that passes only makes the bats problem WORSE because it was mating season. They have now moved from just one gable to all FOUR gables!!!
I am hoping and praying they come fix this issue ASAP and we don't have more problems!

We’ve been with Orkin for a while now, and the reason we remain loyal customers is Jeremy in the upstate of SC. His customer service is always excellent, and his knowledge in what he does gives us real peace of mind. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure we understand our options, which we really appreciate. On top of that, his people skills are outstanding. He’s professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about his customers. Jeremy has been with us long enough to watch our family grow, and it feels like he’s become part of that journey. Orkin is lucky to have someone like him representing their company!

Very happy with Orkin and the service they provide. We didn’t have a terrible bug problem prior to using them but we did have some silverfish and spiders as well as the odd critter here or there. We got Orkin as a preventative measure more than a reactive measure. Since using them, even those random occurrences reduced to virtually never. Steven K. has been our tech for the whole time and is extremely knowledgeable and is able to answer all our questions whenever we have any and as a bonus is a pleasure to talk whenever he is servicing our home. I haven’t priced anyone else but the value seems reasonable especially considering no issues since using with a great tech and customer service.

Beginning in May, our home was overwhelmed with swarms of wasps. Despite repeated attempts to handle the problem ourselves, their numbers grew daily. Eventually, I discovered the source: a large nest tucked beneath the roofline at the front corner of the house, above the garage on the second-floor left side. Due to the high, hard-to-reach location, I knew we needed professional help.
I contacted Orkin, and their technician, Alexis, responded promptly. She treated the area with insecticide on three separate visits. To remove the nest, she climbed a ladder and used a specialized “J” tool with an extension. The nest, built by paper wasps, was huge and broke apart as it fell.
Thanks to Alexis’s skill and Orkin’s thorough approach, the infestation was completely resolved. I’m grateful to have had an experienced professional handle the issue safely and effectively. If you’re looking for reliable, safe, and warrantied pest control, I highly recommend Orkin.
Thank you, Alexis, for a job well done!

Deeply disappointed. Services were great and proved helpful until our original service technician left the company. I'd heard rumours that our current Tech has been staying in vehicle for entire service, billing for a service not rendered. The service, or lack of service scheduled for today.. which was also not complete. After calling the main number for the local branch, I was then informed that my services had been changed which became effective without my knowing. Again, deeply disappointed with current staff. The handling of my services and my questions/concerns brushed off. Would not recommend.

We received exceptional service from Brian! It is always a pleasure to see him when he comes to service our home. He remembered my mother‘s birthday is coming up and that made us both smile.
There has been a wave of new pest control companies roving the area trying to get residents to switch over from their existing pest control services. We‘ve had a couple try to sway us and each time we have stood "FIRM“ on Orkin not wavering on the service and our technician Brian, we appreciate him and we appreciate the services of Orkin.

Incredible experience overall. Customer service amazing and the technician so polite knowledgable and helpful. I have gone through multiple pest control services for my new home and this is the first that made me feel comfortable and confident in the effectiveness for my home. Also just again 10/10 for the customer service on all ends, the rep over the phone and the tech at my home. The best experience. Thank you so much !
