This most recent visit was a little neater b/c they brought a trainee. It was neat to hear why they do certain things or their reasonings for not doing other things.

We just purchased and moved into a home in Troutville, that came complete with a ton of ants. I really dislike them. So we called Orkin and actually started a plan for spraying for them. Today a very nice young man named Wesley came and spoke to me walked around inside and out and sprayed both places as well. He explained to me what he was doing in both places.Also due to the fact I have a small dog I had asked for dog friendly which he told me it was. Said give it 10 minutes to dry a bit. He looked for the nest and had no luck finding it. Informed me of where it could be hiding under something he could not see. We are so happy we called them and then to find out Wesley would be the one we see all the time was awesome. If you can have a good bug experience; he made it that for sure. Thank you. Cyndi

Orkin scheduled our service for a 10:00-12:00 window this morning. I called to get an update at 1:00 because they were a no show and no call. The office explained that they scheduled the service even though they know the technicians have meetings on Wednesday mornings and that they would be out around 2:30. I explained that I arranged my meetings for the day based on their service window. The rep didn’t seem to think that was their problem. The attitude was that I should just understand them scheduling meetings and service calls at the same time. Technician finally showed up at 4:20. Technician was professional but office staff will have me looking elsewhere. They did this a few months ago by scheduling service in the technicians day off. Again no call that it would be rescheduled. When I called the office they thought I should understand that the technician wouldn’t come out in his day off. They don’t seem to understand that they are the ones doing the scheduling.

Extremely disappointing service. The technician lied to me regarding the cause of my issue to sell me a service I didn't need. I paid a significant amount of money and still had the same problem after the service was provided. In addition he then lied to me about the terms of the financing to get me to finance the service. Do not trust these people.

I have been a customer for about 6 mos. I have always been satisfied with my service until today. I received notification that I owed a balance. First of all I pay each and every time someone from the company arrives at my home. No balance due! I called company and was greeted with…he was there and sprayed outside! The part that bothers me is I have been in and out in the yard all morning and did not see anyone! The other part that bothers me is I do not have a contract for the outside, only the inside. I discussed this with the technician and agreed that I would call for outside service. Now for the best part. I have two traps for rodents that I paid for and they service each time they are here. No one serviced these today or in weeks!….but he was here according to the company. The phone attendant says she will reschedule me in 11 days, So no service this month. I am not sure what changed and am very unhappy with what occurred today. I also say that the technicians can say anything to protect their job, phone attendant replies, so do the customers. I am not in the habit of telling untruths regarding things I pay for. I am however in the habit of expecting what I pay for or signed a contract for. The text I received prior to says the expected arrival would be 12p to 2 p. It’s 10:23 am.

They sold me a lie. The service is not even close to workable. The technician basically waves by as he does his drive by's. My tenants would complain consistently about the visits, or lack their off. As we made several requests to have defined dates on the calendar, they would go at their leisure and charge my credit card. They wouldn't spray on the exterior, as mentioned by the sales rep. They made little effort to do a complete job and this has been an issue, except for one time when I had to babysit the coordination. No service, no effort, I recommend going else where.

Orkin came to replace the moisture barrier in my crawlspace. They called to let me know what time they would be there. They arrived at the quoted time. They told me about how much time they thought it would take. They did great work. They were polite, friendly, and professional.
