I am very disappointed with the recent service and lack of follow-up from Orkin. The last technician’s visit was underwhelming, and the service did not feel thorough. He suggested that the entire second floor did not need to be sprayed or protected, and from our observation, the exterior was also not addressed properly. He also did not seem open to our suggestions or concerns. We previously had excellent service, which is why we continued with Orkin. Unfortunately, this recent experience has been very different. I also left feedback/review about this issue two weeks ago and still have not received any response. On top of that, my login does not work, making it even harder to manage or follow up on the service. I have attempted to contact the local branch multiple times, left voicemail, and haven not received any response till date.

Had multiple appointments set up, and then Orkin rescheduled them to times I would not be home, expecting me to take off a full day of work for an 8am to 6pm arrival window. Had them lie about showing up and filling out a service report and then charging me, while I have video and eyeball evidence they were not at my house when they said they were. Multiple no calls no shows. No one ever picks up the phone or calls me back despite leaving multiple messages and calling at different times of the day. Waiting to hear back from corporate on the matter, and I will be finding a new pest control service. Last fall the regular technician was switched to a salesman who tried to upsell me on a bunch of home renovations, and now this. Been a customer for 2 years but no more. Requesting a full refund and cancellation of all services.

The worst customer service and experience ever! I’ve had a plan with this company that includes quarterly visits and automatic monthly payments. Everything was set up correctly on my end, but someone in their office mistakenly stopped my payment. Instead of fixing their mistake, they sent their technician as usual and then billed me $200 — and blamed me for it! When I called to resolve the issue, the customer service representative, Charlene Gauker, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She is honestly one of the worst customer service people I’ve ever spoken to. To make things worse, the technician was completely unprofessional — he rushed through the visit, refused to do the job properly, and wouldn’t listen when we asked him to spray certain areas. It was clear he didn’t want to be there or do his work correctly. This company takes no responsibility for their mistakes, has rude staff, and provides terrible service. Stay away — totally unprofessional and not worth the hassle!
