The most terrible experience. A simple project took nearly 2 years (22 months) to be completed. Only after numerous attempts on our end to contact the company was it resolved after being told on multiple occasions it would be addressed and completed, but they failed to follow through. After constant communication and demanding that enough be enough was it done. And still, after 22 months I was still told “it was not a priority”. I have been told that both a branch manager and a regional manager would be contacting me (I have a reference number and documented proof of this) and still it has been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. We spent thousands of dollars on a service to be neglected and forgot about. Visits were made by Orkin to address to the situation only to be told that it was not documented what was needed so more visits or photos were needed. Failed documentation, failed communication, and terrible customer service are the reasons for my frustration. I am still waiting to be contacted and look forward to speaking to the appropriate party. For a company that is here for you 24/7 they did terrible at being here for our service. No one should spend thousands of dollars on a service to be forgotten about. I will NEVER recommend their services based on our experience.

I have been with Orkin pest control for over 15 years. I do not bother what checking for cheaper service because the customer service is just phenomenal. I love working with Brian and Lori. I told the manager if Brian And Lori leaves the company. I will too. They always take care of me just like family

Katia was very thorough on my old house! She was wonderful and patient spraying each door and window. Put dust in the wasp nest in the front yard. And helped with mouse traps. Would love to have her back. Today was the first service and I signed a 1 year plan. Orkin will come out each month, and extra if needed. Excited to see how future visits go.

Antonio took good care of making sure the hornet nest the size of a beach ball was safely removed from the tree in our front yard. Called early morning offered a same day service took care of the problem away. Loved that it was guaranteed- to remove the hornets from our yard.

Service was terrific. The day I called Orkin about our yellow jacket problem they sent out a representative at 6:00 pm. Other pest control companies I called weren’t available until the end of this week or the following week. I was relieved that they could come out immediately as the nest is near our pool and I was worried about swimmers getting stung. The exterminator was courteous and friendly. After spraying the nest we were concerned about, he checked our property for additional nests. He was very knowledgeable and gave us information about this type of pest, the specifics about the treatments he used and what to expect in the next week to month. He encouraged us to call if the pests were still a problem within the next 30 days and he’d be happy to return. This was a very positive experience.
