The person who answered my initial call was from South Carolina and he was very kind and helpful. Because did our inspection and he was very thorough and helpful with Solutions. The young lady who sprayed the areas was respectful of the property and asked if there are any areas she needed to avoid. Overall excellent service, no pressure and truly friendly people. Highly recommend.

We had the first spraying at our new property. Our house is on 6 acres, with about 4 acres growing hay, and it is surrounded by cornfields. It's expected that this type of rural property would have its share of bugs. Still, you don't want the bugs inside and want to be able to enjoy time relaxing outside, not swatting bugs. Not many pest control companies were willing to come out this far, as evident when each one called said "we're not taking on any new business, at this time" or "I'm no longer doing that kind of work". Orkin responded almost immediately and set us up on a bundle program, for a reasonable price, and scheduled the first spray in less than a week from first contact. Keep in mind, we live a nearly an hour and a half from the nearest Orkin. Yet they did not hesitate to accept our business, unlike many of the others after giving them the address. Had the first application this morning. Mike Mills, the exterminater who showed up, was very professional as well as personable. Mike was on time, showing up within the first 15 minutes of the beginning of the two hour time range given. No waiting and wondering when they'd show up, no wasting half a day waiting. Mike seems very knowledgeable about his job and performed it with a positive attitude. Surprisingly, he also lives in the next town over, less 15 minutes away. We are glad we called Orkin, and have already seen results, finding dead bugs within hours. Also, spent time outside without being bothered by mosquitoes. We highly recommend their services. If you need the bugs gone, call Orkin.
