Every 2 months Les Eaton from Orkin visits my home to spray for ants. I have been a customer for many years and pleased with the service. Les works in an efficient manner. I appreciate it if I have to cancel the appointment rescheduling is never a problem.

Your tecnician Julio performed my father's initial spray for bed bugs and has returned for several follow ups. My dad is 83 with a thick German accent which is difficult for most to understand. I applaud Julio for treating my dad so kindly. He took the time to explain things to my father and offered him suggestions to prevent this from happening in the future. His treatments were very thorough. When Julio left, my dad could not stop raving about him. At a time when you're not feeling the best about your house, it's refreshing to have a technician that actually cares. And sometimes it takes a special touch to deal with elderly customers. Kudos to Julio and many props. You pleased a man that is very difficult to make happy! Julio definitely deserves a raise!

I have been using Orkin for years and have ignored some things I just can ignore anymore. Having appointments then they don’t show up many times. I had to call to ask what happened and then deal with trying to reschedule get off work early etc. I was told that the person I was scheduled with “ does that a lot “…. I have had some Orkin workers come into my home and spray my clothes basket up in a shelf, break my blinds when then grabbed them to spray and spray into my cold air return. Today was the worst. I was scheduled for 4:30. He showed up at 4:10 ( while I am still working ). I have to try and get ahold of someone to make sure he grant leave so I can have the inside treated as well. I get home to find him parked in my driveway so I can’t get into my garage. He tells me he hopes it ok he put down pellets outside because his sprayer battery was dead. Not sure what he would have done if I said no. When I asked if he was finished outside he said yes … but there is no way he could have entered my backyard the gates were locked. Once he entered my home he sprayed random areas leaving puddles of spray. When usually they spray base boards. His sprayer was leaking all over him and my home.

Updated review: I'm pretty frustrated with Orkin at this point. Our initial consultation was great, our first treatment was great. Our first treatment, it was communicated that it would be at a certain time. That time came and went for that day, so I called the number provided for Orkin and the person I spoke to said that they only give 2-hour windows, not specific times. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was, but I let it go. I had to reschedule that appointment to the next day since I had things planned out for that evening already. I also had a question about billing and called the office after our first treatment, and the person I spoke to said that a manager would give me a call back. They never did. We just had our second treatment, and I didn't get a thirty minutes heads up phone call like I did the other times. I have five dogs, so I thought I had to have them all out of the house before the second treatment. Our technician did apologize for us not receiving a heads up phone call, but then he let us know that we didn't even have to be out of the house for this treatment. We made arrangements to be out of the house for 4 hours this evening with our dogs (which is kind of difficult), just be told that we could stay at home. I feel like overall communication was poor. Previous review: Kreg was very thorough and helpful with answering all of my questions. He also contacted me ahead of his arrival time to make sure it was okay to get to my house early. I appreciate the great communication and the help!
