The people that came out to my residence during my second service and inspection were unmatched in knowledge and advice. They were extremely thorough and listened to my questions and concerns, and gave me the answers I sought, and advice that I haven’t gotten before with other service providers. The inspectors that came and looked everything over, Jeff and Jess, were hands down amazing, and my spray technician Tony was amazing, and I wouldn’t ask for anyone else to come and take care of me and my home. Thank you guys for all you did for my peace of mind and the advice I haven’t gad anywhere else.

We discovered we had bats in our home in 2020 and called Orkin out of Lincoln, NE to help us remediate the problem. We were charged over $2,000 to take care of the issue and I cannot stress how disappointed we are with the results. First and foremost, 6 years later we still have bats. The first few months after the remediation, we had to have Orkin come out several times because they did not seal areas they said they would and the bats persisted. On top of that, trash and rubber gloves were left on our property and in our gutters that eventually washed out (luckily). We then had to have them out each of the next couple of years as the bats never went away. Over the last few months, as it has began to warm up, my kids and wife have been hearing scratching again in the attic so I went up there to inspect and sure enough, more bat droppings. Over the first 3 years I asked Orkin for a refund so we could use a different company, but they ensured they would get the issue taken care of for us, so we made the poor decision to give them another chance. As stated previously, here we are 6 years later with no improvement to our bat problem. If you have a bat problem in your home, use a bat specialty company and not Orkin, they are not equipped/trained/able to take care of the issue for you.

I just let them do the external bait checks without accompanying them. They were very polite and told me what was done and if anything was found. No charge until inside inspection is done.

Dealing with a bird mite issue is horrendous. Orkin solved my problem. It was enough to drive a person to their limit, but with the service I received from Orkin I am gaining my life back. Tony was great, Seth was exceptional & Dominic was phenomenal! You would believe how alone I felt when I couldn't get other pest control guys to understand the gravity of the issue. No one had lived with a bird mite problem. They are microscopic, hard to find & harder to remedy. They all took the time to hear the truth of what we were dealing with. Were accommodating with using the right chemical & went far beyond the measure of adequate. The overall service is exceptional. It is advised to come back & treat 7-10 days after treating with chemicals made specifically to kill bird mites. Because I signed up for the package, they were willing to do that. They went out of their way to get the requested chemical that was recommended. They educated themselves & came well equipped. I couldn't be any more pleased with the extraordinary service provided by Orkin, here in Lincoln, Nebraska. Thank you for being even better than what you claimed to be! Tony did the spray work and that was fine, prompt service, but Jeff went up into the crawl space and left piles of debris in the bathroom and kitchen, tracking it on the clean floor that we had just paid $600 to clean the bathroom and kitchen. He didn’t say anything to me, so I found it this mess this morning when I came to do more cleaning. Despicable!!

Anthony from Orkin does a phenomenal job explaining and checking for any signs of bugs/critters each time he comes to spray. He is knowledgeable about the work he does and always ensures he does a detailed inspection of the house and outside areas. We have been using orkin since this spring with the lincoln ne branch and have absolutely loved it. Xander our most recent tech came out right on time and was very thorough with our service. He asked if we had any issues and made sure to let me know we'd be using granules since it was raining that day. He was very kind and professional. I highly recommend using orkin if you have any pest needs wether you rent or own your home! It truly is worth the money for the peace of mind.
