I've had a great experience with Orkin since signing up with them. I didn't know where to turn when I was trying to help take care of my sick parents. Everywhere I called was super expensive and sounded complex and wouldn't take care of their problems fully. Working made it easy and convenient and it wouldn't affect their breathing knowing at the time my stepdad was on oxygen. They have since passed but thanks to Orkin before they passed they were able to get rid of any bug problems and rodents. My youngest now stays there and it's still bug-free and still serviced. I recently decided to sign up for my house since we have new neighbors and I saw they were treating. They also treat mosquitoes, which is great. I've never had bugs in my house and don't want any. We called them for fleas and they scheduled an appointment the very next day to come spray our home. They read through all the rules and regulations and what we should continue to do to help further the process along. They were right on time. No waiting an hour to thirty minutes later and the process was quick. They tell you what you need to do before hand to help make the process easier for whoever they send out to you.
