I’d give them zero stars if I could. I had Orkin for several months it was not working. I had spiders all the time several people come out several appointments. Here’s where it went bad when it didn’t work I asked for the “Orkin money back guarantee” well you have to have a supervisor come out first two appointments he never showed second one he called and said he was gonna be super late can we reschedule never called To reschedule third appointment I did cancel because my grandfather died the night before. Well I canceled the service and asked for a supervisor to call me because they still billed me $80 did he call me? You guessed it no he never did but damn well 30 days later reported me to collections service. Seriously Orkin. Ongoing issues and just got ignored and pushed aside then you reported me. They’re liars and there is NO “money back guarantee” that’s a lie to and I will be contacting BBB and seeking help to resolve this legally!! Thanks!!
