Very disappointed! I called about a mouse problem. I was told they would provide treatments. I was also told this covered a total of 6 or 7 pests. So, I paid $139 plus tax. They come out and place traps! That is all they do. The older gentleman filled a couple of holes with spray foam. He told me the repellent for mice is more money and he said mice get used to it and it quits working. I was told many times they come out for "treatments". There are no treatments. You find out AFTER they charge you $139. Please, don't waste your time. Just save money and buy your own traps and fill holes, unless you are rich and have money burning a hole in your pockets They never once told me all they do is set mouse traps like you buy at the store. I texted the regional manager to express my disappointment, but I have not heard back. Very disappointed!

If I could leave a zero star I would. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with my experience with orkin. We had an appointment scheduled for today May 15th between 2-4 pm, the representative never showed up. No call no nothing. Called customer service at 4:22pm the representative told me the driver was going to be there at anytime still no show. The service branched closed at 6pm. Had to call from my daughter's number because they wouldn't answer from mine or my husband's number because our numbers were on the account. If you ask me this is no way to treat your new customers. What great customer service. I wouldn't recommend these people to nobody. They can't even give you a call to let you know the driver running behind or anything. They just ignore your call. We will take our business else where.

Joe arrived when they said he would. He was very thorough in his review of our house. He went about the house treating it, answered any questions I had. When he finished inside he went outside and put down a perimeter deterrent. Finished in about an hour and let me know when I could expect to be contacted for the follow up visit. I was very pleased with the first visit.

The ORKIN tech was punctual and kind. He explained what was going on and how he was going to treat the problem. He was aware of our dogs and made a suggestion to keep them safe for a time period. He wore his covers on his shoes and replaced them each time he came in from outside. I feel confident in what he does here, and hopefully this new issue will be resolved.
