05/15/2026. - Updated review. Had a follow up visit today with Jared. He did a walk through to evaluate any problem areas and addressed them as needed. Great communicator and thorough in his approach. Jared is an excellent representative for Orkin and would definitely recommend! Telephone support staff are very professional and responsive and I quickly received a return call from Ben Sowrey who gave me an overview of new service start-up , frequency and cost. He quickly followed up with a text summarizing the information. I had additional questions the next day and I contacted Ben. He suggested an onsite evaluation and we met two days later. Ben’s professionalism and knowledge gave me confidence that I would be a satisfied customer. He completed an extensive exterior walk through with me and added notes for the service technician. I received a text later that day confirming my first appointment. You have a valued customer-facing professional in Ben!

We have had a series of different bugs in our house this year and decided to contact Orkin to do something to take care of things. Cassie set up my appointment and helped us figure out which option was best for us. She thoroughly explained our options well and ensured we had the best one for our situation. Made making a decision a breeze! Justin (pest control) and Justin (inspector) then came over to address the best spots to treat the house and check for concerning areas in and around the home. Been with these people since July. Dad has paid a lot of money In thoughts that the ants were going to be gone. They came eight days ago and now we are flooded with ants again. If we stopped with this company, it would still be the same as day one. Very disappointing that you pay so much money for something that does not work. They are in the bathroom. They are near the cat food. They are in the kitchen. They are in the bedrooms. Something has to give And that is not my dad putting out more money already paid $1700+

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I had Orkin for several months it was not working. I had spiders all the time several people come out several appointments. Here’s where it went bad when it didn’t work I asked for the “Orkin money back guarantee” well you have to have a supervisor come out first two appointments he never showed second one he called and said he was gonna be super late can we reschedule never called To reschedule third appointment I did cancel because my grandfather died the night before. Well I canceled the service and asked for a supervisor to call me because they still billed me $80 did he call me? You guessed it no he never did but damn well 30 days later reported me to collections service. Seriously Orkin. Ongoing issues and just got ignored and pushed aside then you reported me. They’re liars and there is NO “money back guarantee” that’s a lie to and I will be contacting BBB and seeking help to resolve this legally!! Thanks!!

Matt was my grandmothers service agent that came to the house today. Wonderful man, very professional, he did everything in a timely manner, answered all questions and concerns we had for him.
