Have been using them for years. Specific technician is very friendly and I like that they try to send the same tech. I have them come for spiders, bees, insects etc. But I noticed mice chewing cat food in the garage and he put in mice baits. Which I didn't even think of. So that was super nice. If I see a spider or ant during the year, I have called and they come right out, with no issues.

Jacob was extremely helpful. He did a very thorough inspection for mice and found where they were living. He did traps and let me know that they would visit monthly to get rid of the traps and add more. Plus he sprayed inside and outside. I am very grateful to Orkin for their help. I would definitely recommend them.

The technician who came out to take care of a yellow jacket nest in my attic was very professional and polite. He inspected the area, told me what he was going to do to eradicate it and then he took care of it quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Moreover, Orkin will return it in a couple of weeks to ensure that the problem is completely eradicated. Based on this experience, if I have any other pest problems I will contact Orkin without hesitation. I'm totally happy with Orkin's service!

I found some ants in my home and contacted Orkin at midnight on July 1, 2025. The representative on the phone took all of my information set up an appointment for the Orkin associate to come out in treat the areas where ants were present. They showed up on July 3 at 8 AM. Promptly greeted me with a smile, asked which rooms were present with ants and proceeded to address the issues. The customer service rep was excellent kind knowledgeable, and accurate. Thank you for your good Customer Service. Thank you for your prompt response to our problem in our home. I would recommend Orkin to any homeowner who is interested in addressing bugs in their homes.

Christopher, our technician, arrived as scheduled. His professionalism was outstanding as he walked around the perimeter of our home as I explained where I wanted the insecticide applied. He explained how a normal protocol perimeter application was sprayed and asked if I wanted it around the upper windows which I declined. Excellent service, wore protective equipment to keep him safe(which I was glad for) and was very polite. Overall, great service!
