I have been extremely disappointed with my service with Orkin. The people who come have been friendly, but my service has been cancelled and rescheduled several times. There is no longer one person who has my route. I feel like they have not held up their part of the contract ! I will be cancelling as soon as my one year is up ! Again , this complaint is about main corporate and absolutely NOTHING to do with the technicians who come to my house. The technicians have been extremely kind and helpful ! Thank you!

The tech was very nice. However, he was an hour and a half late. I called to see where the tech was and they said they would call me right back. 30 minutes later no one called so I called again and waited on hold for 10 min. Finally the tech showed up. We called on a Sunday night and they scheduled us for 8-10 am the next day which was way better than any other company I called. Just need better communication on arrival times.

They give you 0 notice when they are arriving for service. They never gave an estimate time when they will be there so we could be home. Services were never fully completed because we weren’t home in time for the services BECAUSE orkin failed to tell us when they were on the way in a timely manner, on a weekday. We still have bug infestations that haven’t been resolved because Orkin never tells us when they will be there so we can leave work to be there on time for a full services
