Horrible horrible HORRIBLE. The very first day I called Orkin to come out to my house I just knew they were going to be a problem. They answered the phone ONCE since I have started service with them and that was literally the first day I called them. No matter how many times you call them they will not answer the phone. They don’t have a set day that they come out to your house a month, for instance they came to my house on October 27th 2025 and then returned back November 3rd 2025. They also don’t have a set day that the money gets taken out of your bank which leads to them over charging my card! That’s my biggest problem with them right now because they already took money out of my bank for October and November and more because I’m paying 58$ a month for them to come out 58$ x 2 is 116$ they put both months on the same charge and charged me 174$ for two months. Like why are you charging me an EXTRA 58$?! and I have my statements to prove it and then they tried to take money out AGAIN yesterday November 22 2025 when they never even came to my house because they already came in the beginning of the month. I have emailed them since they do not respond to calls and they have not responded to my emails either. They are not professional at all. I’m discontinuing my service with them and going somewhere else that is more organized and professional and I would advise anyone that doesn’t want their money stolen and wants a reliable company to do the same.

I was introduced to Carlos through a few of my girlfriends who live local in Naples Park that use him. They’ve been using HIM only for years. He is absolutely thorough, professional & ,very friendly, very polite and he does it extremely reasonably. Did I say I think he’s very thorough! Always! He doesn’t miss a spot and willl always ask you first.before tackling anything in your home. He’s a lovely soul & again THOROUGH & ALWAYS on time. even for last minute appointments he will do anything to fit you in-very sweet. Takes his shoes off and wears protectors, explains everything as many times as you need he’s wonderful!!!
