Solid, Professional field tech/exterminator. But the office/management/billing side of things was horrible. I was charged for a month of service I never received and had continued isssue scheduling with this office. After several calls and eventual confirmation I moved my service, I was still charged on the original appointment date. Then no one showed up for the date the appointment had been moved to. After all the calls, just trying to reschedule online did nothing and that date was not followed either. I had to call and make a third appointment to try fix all this, another no-show. I gave Orkin several chances, but through repeated no-shows and my poor experience with scheduling over the last several months, this office lost my business.

My initial call was very pleasant and friendly. I told Valerie about my Bee problem and she was wonderful. The appointment was quick and thoughtful. Christopher our technician was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained the entire process before starting the procedure. I am very happy and by the way; the cost was very reasonable.

We requested the services of Orkin to help eradicate the rodents from our home. I spoke with Austin which set our appointment and told us all the particulars in a professional manner. Errol who was our service technician was cordial and thorough. His professionalism immediately drew my attention. He carefully explained his game plan and proceeded to meticulously engage each room and the complete exterior on the foundation and the basement in all the necessary places to treat. He was easy to communicate with and did so with a smile. I highly recommend Orkin and their team for your extermination needs. Austin and Errol should be commended for their outstanding work ethic.

Orkin is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They only care about getting you to pay for the initial contract rather than continuing business. They won’t return calls, do not show up for appointments or are many hours late when they actually do come. They always say we cannot handle your issue during this call, someone will call you back. I never once received a call back. They schedule you for service on the online account management page and then just keep changing it for a later date when they don’t show. This is done without a call or text to the homeowner. They collect your monthly payment without fail though and then you have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Do not waste your time or money on Orkin!

Technician was supposed to come back and spray the backyard however, he never returned on the first visit. He only sprayed 3/4 of the house never entering the backyard never ringing the doorbell. I wanted him to come in because we have little flying bugs inside the house, however he never rang the doorbell or came back to finish the service, I also was going to ask for more glue traps for my basement, but I never saw the guy just got a text that he was here Very dissatisfied customer treatment

Tried to reschedule my monthly visit for the month of May because no one would be home, left a voicemail. No one got back to me. Orkin still arrived and “completed their services” without anyone present when I pay for both indoor and outdoor services. I finally got in touch with customer service ready to cancel my membership, the representative told me that next month (June) would be complimentary and we scheduled that visit. Well long story short I was charged this month and I still have no proof that someone even came the month before and paid 180$ for that too. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of continuity and integrity of this company.

Orkin did do what they promise to do. Since using Orkin for a job, they have not followed up as they say they would. I give them a 0 out of 10. I do not know the status of the work done. I give no star at this point. Not until a follow up is done to see if their work was effective.

Let me start out by saying this service is costing me $1000 for the year and over $500 for the intital treatment. They came and treated 1 room threw some granular treatment around the outside foundation and said they were only there for carpenters ants. When I called to have Orkin to come out the first time, they assured me that it was for all ants, and the chemicals they use on the yard was pet friendly. They are not. The individual Kevin that came for the treatment literally said that they'll tell me anything that I want to hear. I called 2 days later because there we're aunt all over my kitchen. 3 times I called and was assured someone would call me back. Long story short. 5 phone calls got me nowhere. When I called the sales department I was able to have someone scheduled to come here a week later. Today I found an ant crawling on my 1 week old granddaughter in her bassinet. BUY RAID BEFORE YOU HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

Extremely friendly and efficient service!!! I had an extremely sudden and severe ant infestation— the Orkin team were very friendly and understanding when working with scheduling my service appointment (as the ants would appear at random without a source). The service was fantastic! I explained my worries and areas of concern, and I was given answers and reassurance in return. I am very thankful to have been met with kindness due to a not-so-kind ant situation! I’ve got my fingers crossed for little to no ant visits soon. Thank you!!
