WORST experience in my life. DO NOT go there, do not use them, they lie, they make false promises. They will smile and tell you that you will get GREAT service, then when you signed the paperwork, you get nothing. Then they charge you when they say they wont. Toss in the fact that they showed up with wrong equipment, and then they blame you on it. they miss appointments, they show up when there isn't an appointment. they don't respond to emails or text messages. I will tell everyone I meet how bad this service is...... I gave them 2 chances and they missed the mark on both, not trying for a 3rd..... This nonsense continues----DONT USE them. Part 1 They left me a message on google to reach out to them to discuss this matter. 1.if you were that concerned about this review, they should have looked me up in their system, found my phone call and called me. Nope they took the easy way out. 2. So I call them, and spoke to a very nice polite lady who took down my story, and told me that she will pass this along to the Branch Manager. The same guy who drove off with out a good bye, the same guy without giving me the app, placing the traps in the wrong location, telling me that my basement is messy, etc.. 3.I was told by her that I should receive a call before the end of the day, at worst with 24 hours. It has been over 25 hours and I got NADA!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME and MONEY, find and use someone else............... PART 2. I did exactly what they asked, See part 1 above... I called and I spoke to some rep who took all my information. She assured me that ORKIN takes these things very seriously. She took all my contact information, and my story once again. We left the call stating that someone will be calling me within 24-48 hours to discuss a refund, next steps, etc. etc... Well it has been 2 weeks and I have not received any phone calls. Another example how ORKIN lies and never follows through....... DONT USE THEM. Go to Home Depot, buy the traps your self. Save your self time and money and peace of mind.. Hey Orkin can I get a refund? Can I get that call that I was suppose to get? Hey Orkin, Customer service is suppose to be #1, not #101. As some one who work retail for many years, I know good customer care, you stink at customer care....

We had a great experience with Orkin from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and both customer service reps I spoke with were kind, courteous, and professional. I even accidentally got disconnected during the first call, and when I called back the next representative was just as helpful. I didn’t have my credit card handy at the time, and they reassured me it was no problem—my appointment was still scheduled, and they gave me flexible options to call back later or handle payment when the technician arrived. Michael Galford was the Orkin professional who came to our home for the inspection, and we were extremely satisfied with him. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and very thorough—no shortcuts. He was well-groomed, well-dressed, friendly, and purposeful in everything he did. Overall, a smooth, trouble-free experience, and I really appreciate Michael’s excellent service. I would absolutely recommend Orkin, and especially Michael Galford.

Both Orkin's representatives, Ben & Shawn, were very personable, polite and professionally represented the company on each of their visits. During the termite treatment, my husband had a medical episode and Shawn did not hesitate to assist me with getting my husband inside the house, seated and calling 911. Without his assistance I would not have been able to manage husband on my own. May all your representatives be as thoughtful and kind.

The technician whose name I think was Shaq - was very thorough & answered all of my questions. You can tell he cared about his job and actually took the time to explain some of the processes. In 20+ yrs he was by far one of the best people who has serviced my home.

I’ve had a termite contract with Orkin for 15 years now. I had left Terminix due to a ‘preventable’ bad experience. I never looked back, everyone that I have dealt with at Orkin has been knowledgeable and pleasant. Yesterday Yves Jean did the yearly inspection on my home. He was professional, intelligent and reassuring. The Orkin reps always explain what they’re doing and why. I would recommend them to anyone who owns a home.
