So when this was rescheduled this past Friday for March 14th that’s what I was expecting to have you here NOT TODAY! So I’m dealing with a death in my family and I told y’all that when I canceled my original appointment. So to my surprise this evening a tech shows up without my consent is very very irritating! I didn’t see the text until he actually showed up! So what the next step here?

If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with Orkin was nothing short of awful. I have a rat infestation in my home. I was told they would do a full perimeter check, seal points of entry, and that bait boxes would also be installed outside the home so my small children wouldn’t be able to get near them. The gentleman who came did NOT do a thorough perimeter check, plugged one hole with some wire mesh, and put down OPEN snap traps. I have a one year old toddler and as a result had to close off my entire living room. I told them I was COMPLETELY unsatisfied. They said they don’t install baitboxes in residential homes and only plug holes smaller than a dime. So I was lied to and the service offered is useless if I have a rat problem. I told them that I would not be paying and do not wish to continue. I have since been sent a bill not only for the horrible service I received, but a projected bill for the following month, wherein they would come back and do what? I told him I won’t be paying again, and that I’m DONE with the service. I have since been called by Orkin several times asking to come back to the house and “make it right” and I have repeatedly told them no. They should have done a decent job the first time. It’s becoming a nuisance to be called this much by a company whom I thought I made it clear to I would never use again. Stay away from Orkin. Beyond useless

10 out of 10 would recommend found a few bugs In the middle tonight and was able to call and set up an appointment for like the next day, they were fast they were efficiently. Let me know they were on their way super professional. They also quote you the price before they send someone out so I really do appreciate that as well

They have been amazing for me after I spotted a mouse one evening. It made me so uncomfortable in my own home and their technician, Donville, came and did a phenomenal job. He was very knowledgeable and by his second visit my problem was solved. Haven’t seen one or even a trace of one since . I highly recommend their services.

I cancelled my service in February after Orkin was continuously unable to resolve my mouse problem and tried to charge me for a "follow up visit" when follow up visits are free. It is almost a year later and look who just sent me a bill after trying to access my property and being told to leave. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I dealt with the regional manager about my issues and still nothing was resolved.

Christian, the technician who came out to deal with my Black Widow Spider problem was extremely informative, and he was well versed with these particular pest. His knowledge and the ability to relay the information to us was excellently, executed. Very professional and a great reflection of the kind of company I want to handle such a delicate problem.

I recently had Orkin come out to remove a wasp nest in my front yard, and the experience was great. Jorge, the technician, called ahead of time, which I appreciated. He arrived on schedule and finished the job in about 15 minutes, which was incredibly efficient. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to explain what he was doing throughout the process. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I would have liked a bit more information on long-term prevention, but overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely use Orkin again. Thanks to Jorge, my yard is wasp-free!

Phenomenal experience; from the ease of scheduling quickly, to the attention & service provided by Christian D. He was both professional & personable as well as extremely knowledgeable re yellow jackets, their nests & extermination. In addition, he patiently answered more than many questions, in detail, as well as provided very clear follow up care as well as preventative measures! Honestly, it was a pleasure having Christian perform the work. It was educational & of course a relief to not see anyone buzzing around today! I'm Very Grateful & would highly recommend Orkin Pro, as well as Christian D.

Solid, Professional field tech/exterminator. But the office/management/billing side of things was horrible. I was charged for a month of service I never received and had continued isssue scheduling with this office. After several calls and eventual confirmation I moved my service, I was still charged on the original appointment date. Then no one showed up for the date the appointment had been moved to. After all the calls, just trying to reschedule online did nothing and that date was not followed either. I had to call and make a third appointment to try fix all this, another no-show. I gave Orkin several chances, but through repeated no-shows and my poor experience with scheduling over the last several months, this office lost my business.
