We called for a yellow jacket and wasp problem (yellow jackets made a nest in the vent of our upstairs bathroom exhaust fan. Started getting bees in the bathroom). Chico arrived on time (he could have come early but I was not available). He explained in great detail what he would be doing, how the spray would work, whether it was safe around kids and dogs, and was in and out in 30 minutes. After approximately 24hrs the bees are gone! He was very professional, and I am very happy with the service and cost. We are now covered for stinging insects for the rest of the year! Thanks again!

I had mice and squirrel infestation over the NE winter months, throughout the house and attic. These guys bagged and tossed all the old insulation, blew in new. Had a dumpster and they moved things out that were ruined, sealed crevices, repaired roof ridge vents and gables. They were so friendly, polite, engaging, cleaned up after everything and then some. Loved hearing them talk and laugh. It was a big job and a wonderful experience!

Andrej did a great job with the inspection & helping me find ways to take care of the problem in stages, so the remediation wasn’t such a cost hit all at once. I really appreciated his concern and laid-back manner. He conveyed the seriousness of the problem, but never tried to pressure me into doing anything I wasn’t ready to do or couldn’t afford. Skylar came out to do the remediation and was really great. He was knowledgeable & personable. The team definitely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable & secure, and pointed out the areas they thought the rodents were using regularly to enter my home. He showed me the mesh installed on the inside of my home as well as the sealant used on the outside. I also need to give Brynn, my regular technician a shout-out. He did his best to take care of the problem since day 1 and provided great advice on things to watch out for. He was the one responsible for getting Andrej out for an inspection. Hopefully the rodents have been banished for good! I know that if I do experience another problem, they will fully guarantee their work for a full year. That provides me with peace of mind!

My experience with both Orkin's Andre then Joe was positive. First, Andre successfully got the bat out the door alive. Then he walked the perimeter of the house recommending that Orkin address where critters might be gaining access. A few days later, Joe came and buttoned up all those entry places, around the foundation, along the siding. Before and after pictures certainly proved to be reassuring. I am still a tad bat shy, but both these guys were polite and professional. Should I need Orkin some time in the future...I will ask for Andre and Joe!
