We discovered roaches in our new rental Saturday night. We were able to speak with an Orkin representative over the phone despite being the middle of the night, and got an appointment for Monday afternoon. The technician arrived in a timely fashion, evaluated the space, applied treatments, and answered all the questions that I had. I would recommend Orkin to others who are experiencing problems with pests and/or infestations!

Don't waste your time. Signed up for 6 treatments for mouse problem I had. First two times were fine although they swepped the mice droppings into a pile and just left them there. 3rd visit the person never showed up or called to let me know they couldn't come (of course they were able to charge me on time...). That same day I rescheduled. Day of reschedule another no call no show. Not sure how they are still in business with events like this. With the second no call no show in a row I canceled and the one bright spot is they actually refunded me with little argument for services they never provided

The 2 men that come do my services are fantastic !! Bryce and RJ are always pleasant and polite and do what they need to do fast and efficiently. And the best part is I think we may be ant free now. But when we had a hornet issue out of the blue in our attic they came out and handled it quickly so my allergic husband didn't have to. Im very thankful for them .!!

They don't deserve even 1 star. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided to my property. On multiple occasions, the incorrect service has been performed. Appointments have been scheduled without adequate notice. There have been instances where my tenants were either not informed, not at home, or did not observe an Orkin technician onsite(we have 24*7 cameras, where Orkin pro was not seen on that day). Furthermore, it has been extremely difficult to reach your team by phone when attempting to reschedule. I also want to highlight a recent experience that added to my frustration. When I contacted this branch manager to discuss these concerns, the call was disconnected in the middle of our conversation, and I did not receive a return call. This lack of communication was disappointing. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service experience. Given the repeated issues, I am cancelling all services effective immediately.

Mr. Dennis T. From Orkin was the most outstanding representative for Orkin. He was extremely knowledgeable about his work, and spent time with us, reassuring us. His professionalism was incredible. He sat and took time with us, and accommodated our concerns. I would recommend Mr. Dennis T. To anyone who wants their problem solved. I felt as if we had a friend help us. He came almost immediately, resolving our real concern. The entire experience with Orkin was superb, with good communication from the main office. Even the intake interview was very helpful with Mike. 5 stars to Orkin and their representative, Mr. Dennis T. Drs. Mary McGorray And Robert Moskowitz

Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Scheduled an appointment and gave them my credit card information and scheduled an appointment. I called them an hour after the 2-hour appointment window ended and I hadn’t heard anything. They were unable to tell me if a crew was even still out working let alone if my home would be serviced. They then told me it might be 2 days before I hear from them. If you’re looking for someone who is quick and reliable for pest management I highly recommend looking to anyone else.

Although Katie was an excellent customer service person, I didn't realize I was going to get a couple of mouse traps I could have gotten from the hardware store. A couple of holes filled (not all) no receipt, no email explaining anything that was done or future service. Although they had no problem taking my $188.00 dollars. Plus, a monthly charge.
