The professional that came to my house was very good. I only wish the person who took my original call would have listened to my words instead of making up her own.I specifically stated there was a rat problem outside of my home and both the inspector and the service pro both thought they were coming for an inside mouse problem. There is a big difference between the two as this caused the service pro to have to come back the next day to finish the setup.

Spent $430 for yellow jackets in my house. Total ripoff. Could have spent $6 on a couple cans of bee spray & did it myself with better results. Orkin guy never entered the house & literally spent 5 minutes spraying outside. 2 weeks later still finding yellow jackets in the house. Orkin guy comes back & refuses to come in the house or respray outside. Plus, guy was hours later than appointment both times. Would definitely not recommend this company.

Brandon and Emanuel did a great job to make sure they found the source of my bee problem. They checked all my roof overhangs as well as my attics and basement. They were very thorough in checking my house out and treated theses areas. They gave me information on what to do if I have further problems. Nice guys and very happy with the service they provided today. Fingers crossed my bee problem goes away. If not i know who to call and will definitely be requesting them.
