Worst company I've ever used. Been using this company for over 4 years and still have a spider issue which only seems to be getting worse. Not to mention getting stuck with a horrible employee only to be told that we can't get anyone else. Not to mention we keep having to call and set up an appointment because even though we setup our profile with a specific time and day that we are available they come whenever they like regardless. really dont see why anyone uses them.

Danielle has come twice to address pest issues at our house and I cannot recommend her enough! She is personable, thorough, knowledgeable, and a hard worker! Both times she has ensured that our issues were resolved to our satisfaction before she left, and she has followed up with us later on to make sure the problems were solved. I also want to give a shout out to Daniel who helped facilitate us meeting Danielle and her coming to help us out. It seems like they have a great team of people at this Hickory unit!

Today was the first time Melinda visited my home. She was impressive with her knowledge and excellent in communicating with me. I feel very confident in her ability to problem solve our issues. Daniel also came by to help trouble shoot a wildlife issue we've been having. It was such a pleasure to have him personally come out to offer advice. We had an amazing experience today with Orkin tech Milinda Sterling!! She was kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly patient. She treated our home, provided traps, and placed them in all the right strategic areas, then scheduled a follow-up for a week later - but we didn’t even need it! We caught the mouse tonight, on the first night after service, which is honestly unheard of! She was here at 3pm, by 9pm we caught the mouse! The service is WELL worth every penny - and honestly, it’s not even that expensive for the peace of mind you get. She even made a special trip out to our home in the country, which meant so much to us. With kids and small pets, pests are more than just an inconvenience - they’re a real concern for unwanted disease. We are incredibly thankful to not have to worry anymore. Her hard work truly paid off, and we are beyond grateful. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Orkin of Hickory responded quickly, gave me exact cost, how their service works and what they would provide treatment! Danielle responded to my house, working late to make sure she provided the right information, right treatment, and the exact process she would take to professionally treat each area! The treatment included every crevice to begin the end of the infestation! I was surprised to see this young lady who took her job sob seriously, professionally and said she would not stop until every crevice of all rooms in my house inside and out, the attic, crawl space and deck was done! She was fantastic! I would highly recommend Danielle from Orkin to anyone! She loved doing her job and she worked hard and even late! She is a top notch professional! Thank you for my complete satisfaction with the first treatment of this process and sending Danielle! I would give her a 10 for sure!👍

I contacted Orkin to come to my home to investigate a potential pest problem. Kody Thacker inspected my home and gave me a quote. He was very thorough explaining my issues and his resolution. After the technicians came Kody and Brian Sheppard have followed up to insure we are satisfied. Customer service at it's best. I would highly recommend Orkin for any pest issues.
