I signed upfor termite and dry zone soon after we bought our house in 2010. They are timely with inspections and the termite side seems great. Dry zone coverage, however -I never hear from them after inspection until I call 5-6 times and now after an inspection in April - still waiting on a plan - I was provided an estimate to repair the new issues they found for as much as it cost to originally treat!!!! I pay yearly to have these things covered. It's September now and I still have no working dehumidifier!!! Very frustrating to say the least. I have finally spoken to a manger at the branch and am getting somewhere -but it shouild not take this much work from a customer to gety things done that you pay for a yearly service.

Excellent service all around! Our particular service man today came over from (his) another area of coverage since our service area person was unable to make it! Both interior and exterior of the home were completely serviced. There was no oder that I could detect. When finished he waited some extra time for me to get there to go over the job with me. I'll defininitely continue to use Orkin for any pest control issues I have, both at rental properties and at our home!
