This company is deceitful! I had an ant problem in my house and called. They told me it would be $235 and they would give me a thorough inspection to find out exactly where the ants were getting in and to plan for them to be there for a couple hours. They called and said they were on their way. When they arrived they left 20 minutes later! I thought that it was alot of money for just 20 minutes. However, they did fix the issue so I paid the invoice and signed up for them to come out monthly every month to spray inside and outside of my house for $97. I had service for the next couple months and they showed up and sprayed outside but never knocked on the door to spray inside. So I called and cancelled because I felt like I wasnt getting the full service that I was paying for. After cancelling they sent me an invoice for $171 for the month I cancelled. I immediately called and asked why they sent me the invoice and ran my card after I cancelled and already paid for the monthly $97. They refunded the amount they charged extra but then the next month sent me an invoice again for the same amount. When I called back they said they would put me in collection if I didn't pay. I do not plan on paying an invoice that I never agreed to the amount. I paid the $97 agreed upon monthly service. I would have never agreed to $171 a month....STAY AWAY FROM ORKIN

I’ve been working with Brad at Orkin since I bought my home two years ago. There hasn’t been one time where he’s been late and he always calls in advance to be sure it’s a good time for me. Not only has he been professionally courteous but he’s super friendly and treats me like I’m his next door neighbor. Overall the initial interaction with my sales representative, Kevin, has been great. My biggest complaint was the electrician was sub contracted out, which is fine, but I was charged the balance for the work before the job is complete. I have to wait another week for an electrician to show and do their part but Orkin already has their money. Hopefully they’ll follow through and actually complete the job.

Always on time. Great communication. Flexible scheduling. Quick and efficient. They always ask if I have any concerns. Great value. I used to have the most ridiculous spiders on my porch (they were huge and scary) and about 4-5 grandaddy long-legs hanging on my door each day. If I see any they are dead. I was starting to feel concerned because there were so many different species and places that I may have touched without realizing one was there (i.e. My car door handle last yr!) or my dog may run into a web. It's quite the relief that I can comfortably use my porches again and I can leave the door cracked for my pup to run in and out without feeling like they are going to swarm inside.
