I had an appointment with an 8am-10am window for a home pest inspection. EJ called at 8am to let me know he would be at my home shortly and arrived only a few minutes later. He was very polite and professional, and did a very thorough inspection of my home. When he completed the inspection he provided a detailed recommendation for treatment and prepared a very competitive quote for service. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience this far and would not hesitate to use Orkin going forward or to recommend them to anyone else needing these services. Well done!

The gentlemen that came to my home were highly professional and very amicable. I called Terminix for a free inspection before I called Orkin and all I got was AI voice and no one was a help. The guys from Orkin did not try to upsell me or make me pay for anything outside of what I requested. They were also very thorough and answered every question that I had. One note when calling The call center is to be aware of who is taking your information and make sure they give all options. My first call for appointment sounded ok until I was sent a contract I didn’t request. Had I not read the contract I would not have services I needed and charged exorbitantly. Thankfully when I called again I met a nice girl on the phone who took care of it all and re-did my work order. I spoke with the gentleman that were here and they said that happens a lot. Just don’t think that because of what the call center does is any reflection of the actual people that come out and help you because they were stellar.

Blake came to my house and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the problems and the processes to fix the problems. He went ahead and set mouse traps and sprayed for fleas. Though an inspector usually comes the same day, the inspector was not available and won't be coming for a few days. I highly recommend Blake from Orkin.

Matt always does a great job with keeping my house pests free. He also is very caring and knowledgeable. He always explains how stuff works and makes sure my pets are safe. He will even go above and beyond and reach out to me to ask how things are going with pest to make sure I do not need a touch up.
