I hate any kind of bugs! I do not need to worry as Orkin shows up to ease my mind. I at times ask for special ares to be treated so I do not get bees etc.. around my new shed or under the enyes of my house. I am always greeted with smiles and know that our home is safe for our grandchildren and puppy.

I've been with this company for 2 years now. I am highly disappointed after spending the amount I have . They don't show up when they're supposed to. They straight out lied and said they did an inspection around the outside of our house, even gave a time that they were there. My ring camera determined that was a lie. They never showed up. I've called multiple times for them to replace traps. A manager came out to look and said they would send someone to install. After a few weeks of nothing, I called again and again was told someone would be out. They have yet to come, and were now over 2 months since the initial conversation. I will not be renewing next year.

Our Orkin Pro was scheduled for a Saturday between 0800-1000. He called to let me know it would be more like 1200 which was no big deal. I let him know I was in the road traveling and my wife would be there. Upon arrival, he knocked on the door and didn’t receive any greeting. Instead of calling me again, he just left after 5 minutes. Due to remodeling our home, my wife was in our RV in the front yard. I called because my wife said he had not arrived so I called him. That’s when he told me what happened but he never thought to call. A wasted morning due to lack of communication. Monday we reached out again to the branch servicing our area and the nice lady scheduled us for Monday afternoon. Once the same Orkin Pro arrived, he took out a can of spray, sprayed around doors and windows, inside and out and was done. Didn’t seem very thorough being I scheduled rodent and insect extermination plan and this was their first visit. No rodent inspection was performed, even though I requested this.

Gary did a great job taking care of a nest of ground bees. He came out the same day that I called and was thorough with his explanation and extremely professional yet friendly. Even though he said it could be 2-3 days before they were gone I didn’t see any within 24 hours! I feel much safer going outside especially with my small pets!

We had used a local “exterminator” about a month ago, right when we moved into our home. Felt uneasy about their methods, especially when it came to our cats’ safety. Turns out, they didn’t do much for us. HOWEVER, Orkin was very informative and so helpful. We are really grateful to have received their services within 24 hours of calling along with helpful tips. Our technician even noticed issues we didn’t know we had like 2 yellow jacket nests and possible entry points for mice that we were unaware of. Can’t wait for our problem to be handled properly and to continue to have Orkin to rely on as we navigate our pest problem.

We have used Orkin for 3 years now. I have been very happy with their service at my home. Joseph is our regular guy and I feel he does a fantastic job. He doesn't cut corners like other service men have in the past at our house. I have only had to have them come out once for a touch up in the 3 years due to excessive rain and a few bugs getting into the house. I would definitely recommend them!

Top notch work and I'm so glad I chose Orkin for the job. Jerry called first thing to verify time and he even arrived early. Very friendly and professional. He went right to work and diligently kept going until he finished the job. He answered all my questions patiently and kindly and what a worker! Great to have a person with such an awesome work ethic. Seems rare these days. I highly recommend Orkin, and for the record, they are who my parents used for termite extermination when I was just a child. The initial call to get information and set up an appointment was easy. I was so happy that they have longer hours so I could call after work. The communication leading up to the tech's arrival was great. Gary, our tech, was very informative, easy to talk to, and very nice. Application only took a few minutes. He told us everything we needed to know about safety for our child and pets. I felt very comfortable during and after the appointment. Only a few minutes after the appointment, I could already see results! I am very happy with our first treatment.
